A bit older hotel, very dark because of the window overlooking the roof garage, surrounded by the hotel. Creaking floors. But near metro station with lovely shower and good bed.

The staff is the main reason we go to this hotel ….. very friendly, a big shout out to Rexi, Yashika and Faiyaz… they make us feel like we are at home. Yashika makes the best coffee. The bed are very comfortable, the room are always clean and tidy. Alex

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Hanger Lane. We stayed for 3 weeks, for the duration of which the hotel felt like home! Huge, comfortable double bed and very spacious room. Special shout out to the lovely staff who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome every morning at breakfast - Indu, Seharun and Ruchik, thank you all!

Never judge a book by its cover, the exterior is nothing special, but the staff are fantastic, the rooms as advertised, the meals and selection great, and truly value for money - 5 stars.

Rude staff, dirty hotel, poor unclean bedrooms and bed sheets with stains on. Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned, bits on the carpet, dirty windows and ripped net curtains. This is a big let down for premier inn and not the standard Assisi with the high price to stay

Customer service from staff was excellent following a short stay with friends at the Premier Inn, Hangar Lane, for the Taylor Swift concert on 17/08/2024. I particularly wish to commend Agnes, who served us at breakfast, who was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs and customers' needs. Her customer service was exceptional by ensuring sufficient delicious warm food was on hand to meet hungry customers' needs.
