Great position, couldn't be easier for the tube. Staff could be a little friendlier, but opened up when we engaged with them in a positive way. The house keeping team left the window open, this meant our room was freezing cold because we arrived late evening. The heating was efficient, but it still takes time to warm up. Nearby, there are restaurants and a pub serving food, convenient stores and a post office. Parking is available on site and is secure and not too expensive at £14 for 24 hours, however, there were only 2 spaces left when we arrived. Coffee is not replenished during a 2 day stay, and only one sachet per person is provided. The restaurant menu looked basic and to be honest, quite boring, so ate out. We didn't eat breakfast because it is my opinion that premier inn breakfasts have become expensive, but that's just my opinion.
