The room is clean, appropriate and large enough. The location is practical because it is in zone 3 London, just 2 zones away from central London (20-30 min. away). You can walk 10 minutes to tube stations.
Sufficiently comfortable for night stay, with shared microwave and refrigerator. There’re not a lot of amenities like big 5-stars hotels but I don’t mind because it’s just for sleepover and during the day, I go outside.
Recommended for someone who wants to save cost. 👍🏼

The heating was off throughout the night and the heaters weren’t working in my room. I had to sleep all through the night with duvet wrapped around me. The room wasn’t so clean but I could see dusts and it was obvious the room hasn’t been cleaned properly in a while. The hotel service was just average, the receptionist can’t speak nor understand English properly. The toilet, bathroom and bedroom were so small. The hotel wasn’t worth the price but generally it wasn’t really a bad experience. I will rate it a 6/10. The location was good and the hotel is quite a quiet one which mattered most to me.

Great communication and friendly staff (they gladly received our packages mailed to the hotel and allowed us to check-in earlier than specified). But rooms could be cleaner - it was quite dusty around the corners. Sheets were clean and nice. It's a small room, but one can't complain due to great location in our case and low pricing. We used it only for sleeping though (too much sights to see around London!).

Terrible hotel, I don't advise anyone to go and stay there. Bad hospitality cigarette smell everywhere in the building. We left after stayed for less than one hour. I don't call this a hotel, but a waste of money.
