At Sloane has become my sanctuary in London. It is unquestionably the finest place to stay in the city. The staff, is both professional and genuinely warm. The attention to detail is nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in an ambiance of elegance, with the soft glow of candles and rich fabrics creating an exquisite retreat.

This was the best new hotel I have booked in years! Stellar staff, gorgeous lodgings, delicious food, fabulous location, incredible assistance for absolutely everything... Just the best of the best! I cannot recommend it more highly. Can't wait to return!

I almost wanted to keep At Sloane a secret! It's such a gem that I selfishly considered not leaving a review. From the moment you arrive, you know it's something special. The staff warmly welcomes you and whisks you through to a beautiful reception area. The rooms are luxurious and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need. The menu is delightfully varied, and I had the pleasure of trying most of the dishes over a few days. Every single one was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and complemented perfectly by the well-curated wine list. The bar area is fabulous too, with what might be the best dry martini in London! The atmosphere is sophisticated yet relaxing, just perfect for unwinding. A huge shoutout to Tariq, Sarrah, and Maria for their attentiveness and genuine hospitality. They made us feel so welcome and cared for, like we were at home with friends. Needless to say, I can't wait to return!

The hotel is overall nice, I got a very expensive Item stolen from me during my stay and all they managed to do is say that there is no evidence of my jewelry stolen . It was in my bags then disappeared during the stay . Very poor service for a 5 stars hotel

One of the chicest hotel experinces , the hotel design is ravishing and every detail executed with an expert eye to deliver an utterly authentic and luxurious experience. For sure my new home away from home. Ten out of ten on every level including the very attentive and well trained staff. Without doubt Londons most inspiring new hotel !

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Chelsea. The staff were very sincere, accommodating and helpful. They went to great lengths to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We arrived close to midnight and the chef even prepared a small meal for our arrival. We truly enjoyed our visit

…At Sloane is a chic, charming and alluring hotel in the heart of Chelsea, on Sloane Gardens. The team are warm, professional and attentive from the moment of arrival, and throughout your visit. You feel like a welcome friend of the house. Rooms are stylishly appointed, comfortable, peaceful and cosy. There’s a brilliant master control panel that makes light, sound, and temperature management easy. Dining in the intimate rooms on the upper floor for breakfast, lunch or dinner is a true pleasure; the menu is delicious and well balanced, and faithful to its Parisian origins. I love it. I have stayed 3 times and I look forward to returning soon.
