Very good and high price value for London hotels. Really good breakfast and nice and clean room

Location is good. Many restaurants nearby. It is at the heart of city centre.

While I did not have high expectations for this hotel given its price point and location, I anticipated basic comfort which. The majority of the room's amenities were outdated, yet still within an acceptable standard for me. However, the air conditioning system was disappointingly inadequate; it failed to produce heat and emitted only cold air. Despite the staff promptly providing an electric heater when alerted to this issue, the room remained uncomfortably cold. The most disconcerting part of my stay was the condition of the bedding. The filler in the duvet had clumped together, as evidenced by the attached photo, likely due to improper washing. This left me with little more than two thin sheets in zero-degree weather, with a non-functional heating system. To find some warmth, I resorted to wearing additional clothes and draping my down jacket over the duvet—a far cry from a comfortable night's sleep. I must commend the hotel staff, who were excellent throughout this ordeal. Their service was the only warm aspect of my stay.

Good hotel in general. It has very good location and there is a costa coffee shop just next to it with an access from inside the hotel.

The hotel is quite old, the aircond in the room might need some upgrade, feeling hot in the room even open the lowest temperature with highest fan speed. The hotel is like a maze, staying in 8th floor but after reach 8th floor using the main escalator, we have to passing through two staircases to reach our rooms. It was like a disaster for us as we carrying on heavy luggages, so not that recommended if you carrying on many luggages.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk from High Street Kensington tube station. There is also a bus stop just 2 mins from the hotel that takes you to Piccadilly Circus and other parts of the city. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants along near the hotel and Holland Park is also just a doorstep away. Overall, the hotel itself is a bit old but the room is very clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows are perhaps too soft for my liking but not uncomfortable in means. The bathroom is big and they do provide you with shower wash and body lotion. However, I was not sure how to adjust the temperature of the AC and the room was a bit cold. Overall, this is more a business hotel which provides all the basic amenities fairly well. If you are travelling with small children then there could be better opinions in town.

It has a very tasty breakfast to book separately but worth it, also, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, I expected better the room but in general the service it’s great because the ppl they have to help you .

Breakfast is good but quite expensive. The bathtub and toilet is clean but overall is quite dusty.

Hotel closed to bus station and reasonable range from Underground station. Secure car parking is allowed you drive in & out during your stay. Concierge is helpful and polite, definitely will stay in my next visit.

Had a very good stay at Hilton London Olympia Kensington. The only concern I had was the location as tube services seems to be limited towards Paddington side. Room and the toilet were clean and the staff at the reception were helpful.

Great service, value 👏 for money. Good location. Sultan at the reception was fantastic and willing to help.

THIS IS NOT A HILTON!!! I have stayed in a number of Hilton’s before and the standard of this Hilton is far FAR lower than expected. A lot of money has been spent in the foyer yet the rest of the hotel looks tired and old and far below the quality of experience that you expect from a Hilton. Very disappointed. We will not be staying here again.

The hotel is a bit dated and the single beds are really very narrow, but other than that I think it was a great value for the money.

The hotel is very well located, and the renewed rooms are spacious and comfortable. I am grateful to the manager that allow me to have an early check in, since I arrived around 10:00am after a long flight from China. These types of small gestures create customer satisfaction and loyalty. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time I visit London
