Good location, close to everything and to the station. The staff were very friendly . Definitely we will be back

Perfect location that close to tube station and shopping areas. Room with reasonable size. Average service at the reception but acceptable.

The staff were warm and friendly. Never failed to greet and reach out to us. The head of concierge was warm and helpful, going the extra mile to solve our problems and even offered to help us mail the letters . The entire team were friendly and kind to our kids, giving them cookies which really made them happy. The location is superb, right by marble arch with lots of shopping, convenience stores , and even coffee right across the hotel.

This room was booked for my niece. She likes it very much because the hotel is surrounded by commercial and dining facilities.

Because I booked the room for my son, I did not directly experience the hotel's environment and services, but my son was very satisfied and happy.

Very dated hotel dark and dingey rooms and shower facilities the hotel needs a good makeover not upto Hilton standard also very small bar no restaurant

The room was too small. I just came off a cruise and the room was smaller than my state room on the ship. There was too little space for hanging clothes or storing items. Breakfast was very good. Consiege service was very helpful. However, sending an invoice for payment 48hrs before leaving the hotel was distasteful (£27)- payment must be made in 24 hrs ??? However, when i went to pay it , i was told that you can pay it when i am leaving. I always choose Double Tree by Hilton but i now have some reservations.

Staff very very welcoming and friendly, especially weekend breakfast. Lovely hotel, convenient, clean. Room could have been larger. Thank you for kind thoughts as it was a birthday treat.

Super friendly and efficient staff! Warm chocolate chip cookies at check -in! Quiet, comfy and clean room! Two complimentary drinking water bottles delivered to our room daily. Delicious breakfast! Nataline and Dhruv were so attentive in the dining room, offering us made to order eggs at the breakfast buffet, and yummy cream with our coffee! The porter-doorman Seyed was especially helpful in lifting and storing our heavy luggage after check out, and getting us a taxi for our tour! He even waited for our late return back to the hotel to help us again! Thank you all so very much for your excellent service!
