Lovely hotel, situated close to the underground which is great for commuting around. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful, we had an evening meal which was well priced and lovely would highly recommend

Very thoughtful and well mannered services. Especially the very kind and gentle man at the front desk. He always took care of the guests first and eventually made them feel comfortable like their home and their problems can be figured out whatever the guests problems were he did his best to solve. I misunderstood what he said so I got the wrong room which had two single bed and I already took a shower in the bathroom. He kept saying don’t worry and gave me couple of suggestions and finally I chose I had a extra bed so that my son could sleep on his own bed. Also, I was dead tired from a long journey and he did sympathized how I felt and tried to give better service like asking housekeepers any available rooms for me and my sons to have some rest. I do appreciate your thoughtful services.

Daily cleaning and refill services needs improvement

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It only takes 2 minutes to reach Southwark station. The sofa bed is also very comfortable. The only bad thing is that the frosted glass in the bathroom is a bit transparent and people can be seen, which is not convenient for staying with family.

The room is relatively comfortable, the service is very considerate, and I am very patient even when the language communication is not so smooth. I took the trouble to finish it many times without any impatience.

The room is pretty good, but there is no paper towel replenishment; it is relatively close to the subway station, and it is convenient to go to the surrounding attractions; the staff I met are friendly and the service is very good. They even called a taxi for us in the middle of the night

Temporary rental at around 23:00 in the evening costs almost 2,000 Hong Kong dollars, expensive

Service is generally, the room has garbage left by the last guest, and food slag, the massage pool can not be used, and after more than an hour no one came to repair, build everyone to other hotels, such as Hart Shoreditch

I have never stayed in the Southwark area of London before but was pleasantly surprised to learn that a very quiet and well connected station was only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast was really excellent and better than any of the same standard of hotel I have been in. The room was clean with plenty of space and there was never any delay in getting the lift. It was also a nice surprise to have a good sauna and swimming pool in the basement of the hotel Finally, Giuseppe, 1 of the managers went out of his way to forward on an important envelope that was supposed to have arrived for a meeting in London on the 1st day of my stay but did not arrive until several days after I left. As this was not what would normally happen he went above and beyond the call of duty to look after someone who was not even any more a guest. Exceptional customer service.

Excellent hotel, very accommodating for family request, the glass that is exposed to the bedroom wall was covered as we requested and all amenities were great!
