This has got to be, the most bare bones place that I have ever stayed. There is no elevator, and the stairs are so narrow that it is extremely hard to take luggage up to the rooms. My room was 4 flights up, 63 steps. There is NO Air Conditioning, and the room size was TINY. Just a small bathroom and a bed. No draws, closets, and hardly any place to stand. Not even a towel holder in the bathroom. The bed cover had stains, and the rug had paint splashes on it. When I checked the reviews, it had 3/4 stars; I would give this ZERO stars. I wish to warn others about this place. I paid close to 300 € for 2 nights, for a shoebox room with nothing more than a bed and bathroom. My wife was quoting Betty Davis, “ Whatta DUMP”

"I had a wonderful experience at your hotel. The room was clean, with a fresh scent, and the bed was of excellent quality. The service at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The shower room was also top-notch. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Europe, and everything made us feel right at home. Thank you for the great hospitality!"

My wife and I stayed here for one night about 20 years ago (though the drop down box won't let me go back that far.) Judging by the recent reviews, nothing much has changed. This hotel was once rated on Tripadvisor as one of the 10 worst hotels in all of Europe. I think the hotel is proud of this distinction as there has clearly been no effort to improve anything. I believe you should stay in the Park Hotel at least once. In that manner, you will have a baseline comparison for the lowest of the low - and you will appreciate just about any other hotel you visit.

This place is perfect for a night out in London for gigs room had 2 double beds, were 3 of us sharing had on suite bathroom very well. Priced for a London place to stay close to victoria station and closer to plimlico tube stop ideal for gigs in Brixton.

Not a good place! Too many stairs with no elevator! No place to put luggage Noisy Plumbing was horrible Could not shower as something went wrong with pipes Poop coming through the drain of the shower Water coming through the ceilings at our door way to our room No water pressure Did not feel safe No toilet paper holder No towel holder No soap Bed uncomfortable Bad customer service No refund

Fecal matter was bubbling up from the shower drain and same disgusting water was flooding the bathroom floor. Manager had refused refund, trying to blame us for putting wipes down toilet. We didn’t even have wipes! Nice try! This is an old, musty dirty hotel. I highly recommend that you don’t stay here!
