The hotel location is convenient as there’s bus stop and restaurant around there. Paddington station just fews minutes of walk. Easy access to scenic place too!

Simple hotel run by a small and friendly group of staff. Short walk from Paddington Station along with plenty of bars and restaurants. Breakfast included, offering a simple selection of cereals and biscuits (as well as tea, coffee, and juice) with bacon, eggs, and toast available on request. The room was small, with a twin bed, a simple shelf unit, coffee table with kettle and selection of tea/coffee, and a TV mounted to the wall. One light wasn't working and the shower had a tendency to flood quickly, but otherwise was a cosy place for just one night's stay.

decent location, not a far walk to food or underground stations although our room had a view of a brick wall and the bedding felt a little dirty. the room was a lot smaller than we expected. The staff were really friendly and if you stay here make sure to get breakfast!

This hotel is owned by the same owner as another hotel just a door away. The front desk told me that usually they will arrange guests to another hotel only when the hotel is full. There is another hotel in the same row as this hotel, one door away. If you stay here, you can check out the other hotel. One day my room suddenly ran out of hot water and the bath water was extremely cold. I ran to ask the front desk, and she said that just let the water flow for 5 minutes and it would be fine. It needs to be heated for a while. But almost ten minutes had passed and the water was still so cold, so I went to the front desk again. She came up and tried for a long time, and said that the water heater was broken, there was no hot water in the whole building, and it needed to be repaired. I said, I just finished running and needed to take a shower and go out. Later, I thought about another hotel and said I could go to that hotel to take a shower. The front desk kept apologizing and arranged for me to take a shower in another hotel room. I found that the room in another hotel seemed to be bigger and better than this hotel. It was a twin room! The hotel is very close to Hyde Park, I go for a run in the park every morning. This is why I chose a hotel closer to Hyde Park! Location: It is about 700 meters away from Paddington Underground Station. One day the cleaning sister ate my gummy candies because I came back and found that the candies were missing and the bag containing the candies had a big tear. I originally only made a small opening. I remember it very clearly myself. There is no kitchen, the stairs are very steep, the hotel reception room is very small, and there is no lobby. The staff were very efficient, welcoming, and helpful. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the hotel for you, however, this hotel is fantastic value.

Stairs were difficult to walk up and down and I could hear people in other rooms at 3am. Limited plug sockets. However the room was generally good.

Location is great .Didn't like the room very small and steep stairs ,bed Sheets not very clean .Staff was nice.

Initial staff were really polite and helpful. Location was great. Shower head and tv were broken. Walls very thin. I had parked for a hour and my circumstances had changed so I had to leave the hotels parking. The receptionist was hostile, shaking her head at me saying they turned someone away for me to have parking. I offered to pay for the time I was parked but she was extremely rude and didn’t even respond. My guest was shocked at the behaviour too.

The place is good located ! But the cleaning and service of the room was extremely poor ! The room was extremely dirty and the bed covers was with stains , bed sheets was dirty the bathroom very small ! The good part is staff is friendly and location ! The place leaves a lot to focus on doing it better! We don’t have either coffe cups or water cups in the room! Even we had a boiler to boil water for coffee in the morning!

Staff very friendly and helpful. A lovely view, a little noisy from outside, but stayed in much worse. Door lock was broken. There were a lot of hairs on the bedding. No sugar or tea, no decaf coffee and only 3 milks. Water, bananas and apples in reception, which was nice. Great location.

It's amazing, very clean and the station is near walking places to shopping souvenirs

For one night as a single person it’s ok but would not want to stay again

Bathroom was like one on a cruise ship and shouldn’t be in use sink plastic was cracked and had no plug - was v small when you sat on the loo my knees touched the door and I’m only 5ft 2. Shower water pressure was v poor and was v crampt toilet was right on top of the shower with no room to move in it - needs to be updated !!! Bedroom was ok would benefit from a couple of bed side lamps as only had 1 main light - TV reception was terrible kept on coming up with a no signal message and had limited channels no BBC1, 2 ,ITV,Chanel 4 or 5.
