Absolutely fantastic location! Will definitely stay here again if just for the heated toilet seat…what a great hotel. Rooms very comfortable and the staff can’t do enough for you. The doormen and concierge are super helpful. We didn’t get to try any of the restaurants but we will be returning so we will try then.

We stayed at the Londoner for 2 nights. This hotel is perfect to enjoy living in the great city center of London. We stayed in the corner suite which is really spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool area is really pleasant to have a relaxing time. We ordered food from the dine in service but it was not that tasty. I recommend this hotel for all couple that would like a good experience in the city center of London.

It's very noisy. The noise from the bar upstairs is so loud that people can't sleep due to the earthquake at 12 o'clock at night.

The mattress was uneven and very uncomfortable. The room was on a very low floor and the outside was decorated without any view. The experience was very bad. I will not stay at this hotel again in the future.

I like our room very much. We stayed for 4 days this time. The hotel staff helped us upgrade to a room with a bathtub, and we could also see the London Eye. When we checked in, they also showed us the hotel facilities. The breakfast was delicious! The room is small but very comfortable and clean, and the location is super convenient. I think the cp is very high, and I will stay here next time I go to London❤️
