Good location, nice environment and friendly staff. Just not that suitable for work on the small table.

We were assigned to stay in the basement. We feel so insecure as pathway just next to our room. Always scare anyone will be climbing into our room. Room isn’t clean, a lot of crisp bags and chocolate bags found under the beds.

Heston Concept Hotel offers an excellent location near the tube station, making it incredibly convenient for traveling around the city. The rooms are clean with a very good compact design, maximizing comfort and functionality in a smaller space. The thoughtful layout ensures a comfortable and efficient stay. Highly recommended for its great location and well-designed, clean rooms.

Good hotel!!! We are 3 people stay here for 4 nights. The hotel is quite close to hammersmith station.

Clean hotel, convenient travel, near the undergroud station. There are many restaurants. lovely hotel.

Very nice and new hotel Perfect location for what we were gonna do in London Everyone there was so friendly and greeted us and wanted to chat. Only very small comment little stains on the carpet in the room we stayed Still perfect hotel

Clean and tidy

very smelly toilet in the room at basement level, bed sheet and pillow case are not clean enough

Good location, few mins walk to tube station. A bit small but facilities are basically ok, provide washing facilities and coffee too.

Great hotel

Good location, poor everything else - Fire alarm went off waking everyone up and forcing us out into the cold - You have to pay for EVERYTHING, including water which is usually free - There is no phone in the room so you can't call room service - There is no room service or cleaning service like you need - Over a very poor experience

Good experience

Arrived at 12 and asked if it was possible to check in early. We were told yes but it would be £10. When we said that we would like to check in early we were told we couldn’t (why tell us about the early check in fee?) she told Us to come back in an hour and we could see if it was possible to check in then. We came back at 13:30 and asked if we could check in. She sat on the computer and phone, not saying a word to us just let us stand there. When we asked again (“would it be possible?”) she dismissively said “I am checking with housekeeping. Then after 10 minutes she said no! No eye contact, no politeness, No offer of a coffee while we waited, no explanation. Overall a really negative encounter. There were 4 of us checked in but only 3 towels and 3 pillows. I asked for more and the first response was “I don’t think we have any”. After a while it turned out there was enough but it meant that we couldn’t go to bed while we waited which was quite frustrating - especially as we had waited so long for the room earlier! The room was generally clean but there was no handle on the toilet door and a smell of drains.
