poker-face reception and noisy equipment, the lift is only going to the third floor so you need to walk if your room is on the fourth.
And the railway near the hotel can be very noisy.
!!!The water in the bathroom was unbelievably small and you might get an unsatisfied shower. One time toothpaste was obviously not purchased from the UK, maybe the hotel was trying to reduce the cost but forgot to respect people overseas.
The late-night street in this area is not safe, was cursed by some random drunkard for no reason.
But the location is good, close to the underground station and there is a Paul nearby and a coop supermarket.

Regarding the toothpaste, we use our own brand, as Dreamtel Group Hotels and Resorts is mainly based in Malaysia we produce and deliver our toothbrushes and toothpaste from there, that's why we are not ordering them from UK. We respect all people and nationalities, and we are sorry if you get this the wrong way. The location is wonderful, only 5 minutes from Earlβs Court train station. We booked a room for 3, asked for 2 keys but rejected. Since the reception closed at 8, people need to use key card to enter, our daughter went out at night whereas we stayed in the room, the problem was the room needed to insert the key card to activate the lights. Finally the staff gave us a fake key card to solve the problem. There was no replacement of shower gels making the shower without gels. We needed to get small bottle of bath gels from the reception. It was a bit noisy at night in our lower ground floor room. Good thing was the hotel provided 3 pack of biscuits for drinking the coffee in the morning.

We just close the main entrance in the night for a safety purpose, but its accessible with the room key or can ring the bell outside if your forget the key. The shower gel was replace everyday by housekeeping team. As your mention there no replacement for the shower gel, i will forward this to the related department for future action. The location is good as itβs 3 minutes away from the underground station at earls court. The room is basic but clean. However the air conditioning is not working well, thus will not recommend for stay during summer.

Hotel with MICE!
Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The hotel independently canceled breakfast and gave us a small refund.
There were several MICE in the room! I complained to the administrator several times, but he did nothing. Our room number was 103.
Also in the room there was a very small broken shower stall.

Basement room given and not very helpful as subway train sounds can be heard .location is ideal however heater and telephone were not working , staff on duty called Stan could not rectify the issue and they did not offer a room change

The price was reasonable although it's located in london. However, single room as well as corridor were so small. There were no shampoo and hair dryer, which was so inconvenient.

came hours before check in time to drop our luggages, there's a luggage store provided for free. great service by staff and the room is spacey. pretty and clean area of location too!

This hotel is in a great location but needs a bit of TLC, the rooms are small but normally a very good price compared to most other London hotels.

The AC was not working properly and no solution offered for it. The bathroom door could not be latched properly so it cant be locked.

Nice counter service that helped us to carry our laggeges and deposited them before room available so we could travel this period. Clean room but itβs too small for big guy.
