An excellent location especially for travellers who wish to be near the City of london and financial district. It is close to three tube stations: mansion house, St Paul’s and Bank so you are connected with most of the subway lines. Also walking distance to Blackfriars station which is a rail connect to Gatwick airport direct. So ease for commute esp when london traffic is bad and more often than not, travelling by tube is quicker than taking taxi or uber! Hotel has a nice gym and even a pool. Breakfast at the hotel is a delight and service is excellent. Rooms amenities are modern and new. All in all a great place to stay in london.

Extremely disappointing stay. Really dark rooms and lack of sunlight. lamp in room without bulb. Cheap feeling furniture - looks good in photos. Breakfast & service was poor. Front desk fail to pick up the phone on many occasions and overnight service was non existent. Not what you’d expect from a 5*.

The hotel is out of our expectations, in terms of the space and services provided. The location is not in a crowded area but pretty near to most of the touristy attractions. It’s walking distance to the borough market which is a plus point. Would definitely stay here again if I have chance to visit London next time.

The hotel room is spacious, clean and tidy. The service was very good, especially Shanie who was kind and friendly and helped us a lot. Next time we come to London, we will choose Westin.

Cash 250000 krw + ipod was stolen. Room had a problem so we had to change to another room. I called them they said nothing in the lost and found.

A family of three traveled and chose a family room with two double beds. The advantage is that the hotel is relatively new, the sanitation is in line with expectations, the bed and quilt are comfortable, the air conditioner is quiet, and the service industry is good.
