Amazing views from the room In love with the place 💚

We're a family of 4 with 2 young children and booked the studio. But when we arrived, we were told that the room had no electricity and so split us into 2 rooms instead. While the rooms were generally clean, most of the bath towels had brown patches or old blood stains on them which was quite gross. 1 room that we were assigned to also had a weird fishy smell at the stove area. The hotel is about 7 min walk from Aldgate East tube station and is located on quiet street. This is not a very pleasant area, and there were always shady characters around the tube station, which made us feel uncomfortable, so we tried not to stay out too late. Staff were friendly and accommodating but they appeared short staffed during check in / check out timings. Only 2 staff on duty, so there is a bit of a wait if you need their help at these times.

Unfortunately, at this time there are a lot of different hair around including in the bed. Despite my WhatsApp communication with reception the guy responsible for the cleaning knocked at the door a few times which was annoying.

Good location and excellent service

This place is new, but the location nearby is not very convenient. It is about 8-10 minutes walking distance to the subway station. Nearby is Whitechapel Station and there are one or two supermarkets near Algate East where you can buy food and cook. There are not many bus routes, but there are also buses at the main entrance. The room has enough space to have everything ready The bed is also comfortable and clean Since there was no hot food for breakfast, I didn't buy it Overall, this hotel is new and clean. But the only problem is transportation. It is relatively necessary to walk. Staff are very friendly

Very good, convenient location

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. There is a small bar in the lobby where you can have a drink at night. The hotel is very new. The room is small but well-equipped. The room is tidy and clean. The front desk is enthusiastic, professional, efficient and has good service. I really give full marks for the living experience.

The room was very small, especially compared with the holiday we stayed in the next few days. I felt that it was a good thing it was changed. It was too small. Three people were very crowded, and the bed could only reach the window. Fortunately, there were curtains. Cleanliness: I stayed here for 6 days. Bath towels and towels were only changed once, but not cleaned. The room is fully equipped, including tableware. There is no problem in cooking. The dishwasher also works well. It looks like some apartments. Still, the space is limited and it can’t be spread out. The hotel environment is on the same street as where we stayed behind. It is an area where Muslims, Indians and Pakistanis gather. The street is dirty and messy, and the safety is not good. There is no intention of discrimination. You will know by comparing it. There are many restaurants nearby, but they are basically Indian and Pakistani restaurants. The transportation is convenient, you can get to the subway in 10 minutes' walk, and there are buses nearby downstairs. Breakfast is very simple, but quite expensive and not worth it. If there is no other way, it is not recommended to stay.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a bus at the door and it is convenient for cooking.
