I asked for cleaning, but for 4 nights and 5 days, they didn't clean, they didn't change towels, they didn't empty the trash, and the service was really zero.

Rubbish hotel. The attitude at the front desk is very bad. There is a **** female front desk who slaps the table with Chinese people!

It was a great experience and the staff were great, the breakfast was very reasonably priced and there was a good selection, the coffee could have been hotter but I know that kids help themselves and could get burnt. The room was very comfy although the pillows were flat, the Wi-Fi didn’t work but that was not an issue really.

There were no luggage carts to put the luggage on. There were no toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Front desk people were rude.
