Nice hotel is the best location in London - Wandsworth

Very good hotel, room was clean and well stocked with essentials, food was lovely and well cooked every night. Ifram was amazing! Nothing was too much hassle and as a group of 9 we had alot of requests He was the highlight of my stay and so brilliantly entertaining, an impeccable member of your team

Lovely food, nice clean room . The staff were lovely , really attentive . A special mention to ifram, really looked after us , came with a party of 9 for a work event , he saw to our every need, nothing was too much trouble, polite, friendly an absolute asset to your business .

Pro's: Location. Good neighbourhood, lots of local restaurants, shops and bars and about 10 minutes walk to the train station. Staff are wonderful and helpful, but there aren't enough of them. Cons: Very tired sad standard rooms. Old damaged bathrooms poorly repaired / maintained. No cold drinking water from old style mixer taps. Dirty marks all over the bedroom walls. Noisy air con. Door locks only worked intermittently. If you can, then book the Premier plus / refurbished rooms which look in better condition. The charges for the standard rooms when they are in such a poor state are ridiculous. Staff are very friendly and helpful but anyone on shift seems to be doing 3 jobs at once so getting help / making requests at reception can take some time. It seemed to be short staffed at all times but any staff who are there still manage to be wonderful despite the obvious pressures.

We chose this Premier Inn for a trip to Wimbledon. It was a perfect location for the local bus which dropped off right outside the gates. We have stayed in various Premiers and although the whole hotel was clean, safe and welcoming it could do with a lick of paint and a bit of love. We booked a standard room and would have expected a fridge & a safe, but our room looked as if they had been taken out at some point. Breakfast was good, plentiful, hot and tasty. But our evening meal came cold after a long wait, a shame because the menu is normally good, so not sure what happened. The staff are good and a bonus for the hotel.

Right on main st although we had to walk right round sainsbury to find it!! Right opposite shopping mall with Waitrose and coffee shops etc. Easy to catch bus to Wimbledon and to get to central London.
