Premier Inn Derry / Londonderry hotel

Hotel was located at a very convenient place. Ample parking lots. Room was clean but the bed was too soft for my back.

Very happy with my stay at the Premier Inn. I was met by Sharon at reception when I arrived after a long journey by bus from Cork. Sharon was extremely helpful to provide me with take out restaurants and make sure everything was satisfactory with my room. Gail from housekeeping was also helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. 🙂

We booked one night in the premier inn Derry . We wernt sure what to expect . We wer completely blown away . As we parked up in a good size carpark.( Plenty of spaces.) We walked into the main area to check in. .met by a lovely staff member on front desk. Reception area was spotless. We made our way to our room by stairs.theres also a lift. Our room was quite big. Very welcoming room. Spotless clean. Tea/coffee. Iron/board. Hairdryer etc. plenty of counter space shelves to leave things on. Nice size tv. Very comfortable armchairs. Very modern room. Bathroom was a good size. Shower had great pressure. The wash soaps ect wer of good quality. We had breakfast in the restaurant. We went for hot food. Plenty of selection. Any child/teenager would be delighted at what's on offer. Pancakes etc and various toppings.. We would definitely recommend this premier inn. We will be back again to stay .

Lovely hotel with lovely staff thank you for another stay - and yummy breakfast and my husband enjoyed his Smithwicks - we are sure to be back next year - the Premier Plus rooms are so spacious and the bed is so comfortable best nights sleep ever thank you

I stayed in the premier inn for three nights. My experience was beyond excellent. Sam and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was trouble free. I thoroughly recommend the hotel’s premium access room. The coffee machine is a great addition to the rooms facilities. I’ll be back.

For the price, the premier Inn's are a bargain--though they can be a bit rowdy on the weekends. We tend to book only Sunday-Thursday for this reason. The room was quite comfortable and clean. The one disappointment was that the restaurants were closed upon arrival and we had hoped to not go back out, but it was fine.

Amazing stay here. Staff were super friendly and very welcoming. Rooms were perfect nice and clean and bed was really comfortable. It was in the perfect location. I had the best time. Thank you premier in Derry for making my trip that much better

One of the best Premier Inn’s I’ve stayed in. Recently refurbed & what a difference it has made. What’s impressive is the rates have stayed the same even after the refurb. The service was the best part of my trip away. When I came in I was welcomed with a big smile & a big hello from Gareth who was amazing at helping me plan my trip to Derry out. Sharon was another receptionist who was amazing as well. What a great team they have there at Derry. Even the housekeepers would stop what they were doing to say hello. Keep up the great work & hope to see you all again soon.

been staying in Londonderry premier inn for many years maybe 2/4 times a year. this is the first time i was able to experience the premier plus room, it was amazing, stayed in one in Liverpool and again it was great big screen TV coffee machine and a fridge which makes a difference plus a proper table and 2 arm chairs.
