The front desk customer service attitude is poor. The bed is uncomfortable. Don't come if you don't want convenience.

Staff was friendly.
Room was clean.
Lacking proper outlets to charge our phones. We had to unplug appliances to accommodate.
The shears were badly ripped.
Bathroom door opened into a tiny space to shower and get to toilet.

Staff very nice and very helpful . Even the guest was very nice and quiet. They have a pool very clean area . The breakfast has lots of options. Lots of tv channels they even had the Disney channel . Very comfortable.

The room was NOT as clean as I think it should have been. I used to clean rooms, I would not have passed a random inspection by my boss with the room we got. But it was comfortable otherwise. Staff who checked me in was great! Did not try the breakfast.
