不知道怎麼服務的，之前明明訂的電腦大床房，我説有事情出去一會，早上去的那會兒沒人退，我説有人退了把房間給我留下我一會就回來住，中午回去人家説沒房間了，走的時候我再三説明瞭，我説退款人家説退不了，房間衞生可見一斑
