Stylish, Super clean and excellent service. The location is perfect, right next to the historical center of town. Every night we walked to dinner, so many great options. The hotel staff is so nice and helpful, they lent us beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Valet parking was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again.

Hello I enjoyed my Week stay from December 23-30 2023.This is a Basic cozy & comfy Mexican style Hotel.I was in a Ground Floor Room 402 the Room it's self was big there was also a Bar Fridge & even a Stove to cook food & a Microwave plus the room also had Air Conditioning.I like the sliding door there was a little porch which has 2 chairs where you could sit & watch all The Tropical Birds I had a very close encounter with a tiny humming bird while I was sitting outside one of my first Morning there.l also was given a ticket each Morning for a Breakfast there at The nice little Cafe there. To summarise I think this is a good no frills Basic Hotel with a decent size unheated Swimming Pool that's Centrally Located near Shops & Restaurants etc.I would recommend this to people who don't need an All Inclusive & don't need anything too fancy.I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again I liked the Staff there & down to earth charm of this Hotel..good stuff Alistair.👍

In a word: Not worth the price. The facilities are particularly simple, not a hotel at all, is a youth hotel with several standard rooms. Advise friends who want to come, especially long hair, go to the hotel front desk to borrow a hairdryer early. They have 4 hair dryers in total. If you go late, you may have to wait until 1 am before you can blow your hair. Don't ask me how I know 🙃. There are activities every day, it is still more fun; the wine in the bar is moderately priced and tastes good; the room is clean as a whole, but the facilities are really bad. Suitable for young tourists who do not have high accommodation requirements, you can make new friends, and it is very close to the main attractions. But if you're on vacation, don't stay here.

It's not the Taj Mahal, but it's the best bang for your buck, and it's authentic! The rooms are quaint, but it's all that you need. The hotel space has a very cultural feel to it, so if you want to feel like you traveled to a foreign place in Mexico, this hotel is it. The staff is super friendly, and I was even able to get my teeth cleaned at a reasonable price at the on-site Dental Suite. Last, but not least, the new restaurant on-site, Cordiano Pizza Restaurante, is hands down amazing (Carbonara and Osobucco are to die for and they serve the best bread ever)! Authentic Italian food at a Mexican Hotel - it's as if I traveled to two countries for the price of one! The hotel is centrally located and took me about 6-minutes to jog to the beach. Looking forward to going back in the future.

If you are someone who requires a big bathroom, modern amenities and the creature comforts of the big chain hotels in the States, do not stay here. However, if you like a clean room, nice staff, a cozy chill environment and terrific location, this place is beyond a good bargain at around $70/night all in, even on weekends. The property feels very secure as well. Just one thing to callout: do not be alarmed if the shower seems to not have hot water. It just takes a couple minutes after you turn the knob before it comes out. They have Netflix too so time to watch season 4 of Cobra Kai!

We too had a bit of a time finding the place. This was mostly my own fault because I did not map it before going to Cabo. I was relying on my phone which because of my carrier, my data did not work properly. I found a place with WIFI and found my way there. The suite was wonderful, with full kitchen, and living room. as well as a large bedroom and comfy bed. Our room had WIFI though a little slow at times. we only stayed one night as we could not get into our resort until one day after arrival. We will probably stay there again but for a longer time, next time. The place is a great quiet place that has a limited amount of rooms. Brian and Irma are both great to deal with, because it is a small family owned place you feel like you are more welcomed than you do at the larger resorts. I think they offer great accommodations for the price. If you want a place that is quiet, with a great pool area, you can't go wrong here. There is what appears to be a nice restaurant on site for dinner. we were only there for one night so I can not comment on food quality. but it has good reviews on TA. The only con to the place is location. It is on the fringe of the tourist zone. So if you like to walk to the marina and touristy area, it is a bit of a walk. The area you walk through may seem a bit run down, but I would say it is safe. I have never felt unsafe in Cabo, even in the more fringe areas. if you want there is Ubers and Taxi service
