Sehr schönes und gutes Hotel, allerdings leider mit schlechtem Restaurant. Wären es Ferienwohnungen ohne Frühstück und Abendessen, ich würde ohne weiteres 5 Sonnen vergeben. Aber es ist nunmal ein Hotel - und für argentische Verhältnisse auch ein recht teures. Und da ist die wirklich schwache Leistung sowohl beim Frühstück wie beim Dinner nicht akzeptabel. Deshalb leider nur "befriedigend".

Maravilloso Hotel al borde del Lago Nahuel Huapi, estuvimos seis días, edificio con una arquitectura contemporánea, excelentes habitaciones, vistas maravillosas, espacios comunes como pileta, cine, estar, comedor, costa de lago, bosque con cascada, arboles arrayanes, spa y sobre todo excelente atención de todo el personal, muy buen desayuno y cenas gourmet de gran calidad. Volveremos nos sentimos muy cómodos

What an experience it was and what a hotel. Located in Villa La Angostura, it was ideally located for all that we wanted to do: hike, kayak, sail and explore this region of Patagonia. The hotel was exquisite. It was very intimate, had personalized service and the views were incredible. The room was so comfortable and the view was majestic. The reception staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant staff warm and even remembered our preferred breakfast orders each morning. The dinners were great and there was extensive wine options. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel experience. We weren’t disappointed for one minute!

Stunning setting looking into an amazing lake and mountains. Very well appointed rooms and a great chef which is more than accommodative. Having stayed at several properties in the area over the years, this is by far our preferred one.

This is an amazing boutique hotel. The hotel is very nice, warm atmosphere with unique views of the lake. Service is 10 points, since the receptionist, restaurant staff, cleaning service. I was here in Villa before, and I would choose again this hotel for its unique features.

Espectacular hotel, atención de primera , preocupación por los detalles. Fuimos por la celebración de nuestro aniversario de matrimonio . La atención de cada una de las personas que trabajan y la amabilidad y cariño que ponen en su trabajo hace la diferencia. Agradecimientos especiales a Andrés quien nos recibió muy bien y nos orientó en los paseos, Ayelén en el restaurante , muy cariñosa y servicial, Exequiel muy atento. En general todos muy amables, te sientes en un lugar acogedor . Destacar la vista de las habitaciones al lago, cuenta con una cafetera y hervidor si quieres hacerte un té o café. La tarifa incluía las comidas con una carta de 3 tiempos y un menú muy bueno y variado que podías escoger. Las Habitaciones muy limpias , las Mucamas están constantemente limpiando , pero lo curioso es que no las ves, se agradece la atención de ellas.Nos hicimos un masaje con Juana espectacular, muy recomendable. Califico al hotel con un 6 Estrellas . Excelente estadía !

Excelente todo!!! Menos Internet!!!! Si necesitas wifi no vayas. El resto es de excelencia. Muy buena la atencion; la vistas; quizás mala indicación si llegas de noche. Pero es super recomendable. Ahh el Spa no está todo incluido quizás ese es un error no necesario

Hotel Boutique con standard internacional! Las fotos de la página web son ampliamente superadas por la vivencia, el hotel es precioso, su funcionamiento excelente. Todo el personal profesional y cálido. El paisaje de nuestra Patagonia disfrutado al máximo. Una mención especial para Hernán y asistentes. Un aplauso enorme al panadero por toda su producción pero principalmente por su hojaldre difícil de superar! Gracias!!!

Lugar hermoso, con playa y cascada incluida. Hermosa habitación con vista al lago , confortable y con enorme ventanal de pared a pared. Muy buena arquitectura. Muy buen Restaurant . La atención excelente de todo el personal . Destacamos a Laura y Andres.
