Love this place! Melanie and Sheila are the best they treat you like family and go above and beyond for their guests. Definitely 10 out of 10! Clean and affordable and close to all the major attractions. Pet friendly, well lit parking lot and very safe! The only place I stay when I'm in town! Highly recommend!

This hotel has been so nice when I need to stay in Louisville. The experience and how it’s in the middle. The bed is comfy and the management team is sweet and caring. The pillows were fluffy and the kitchen is nice as well.

Friendly people great location. Above and beyond help from front desk. Will highly recommend to anyone!! The manager is exceptional. Everyone that is came into contact that works here are great willing to help and willing to work with you.

Friendly staff, very clean room. Strong “herbal” smell throughout facility. It is a non-smoking facility. Bare bones. 3 pillows and a sheet and a cover that was the same thickeness as a sheet on the bed. 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for 2 people for 2 nights. No coffee pot and no coffee on site. With what I spent on extras at Walmart I could have stayed somewhere else.

This is my second time at this hotel and this time I'm going to be here a good while. I would not choose a dirty uncomfortable place to stay. I feel safe here. The front desk clerks are pleasant, the GM is helpful. The housekeepers are friendly. The gym is in working condition. The laundry area is more spacious than most hotels. All appliances work, and it's most importantly bug-free and clean.

Staying here has been a great experience. The staff are wonderful, especially Brenda and Roxy. They're both extremely kind and treat their customers very well. Overall, the only thing that I would change is to add a dog park and potty area, add dog waste bags and trash cans (so residents can pick up after their dogs), upgrade the washer and dryer units (larger, more space, add a card to cash machine, etc.), and lastly, implement a fitness room. Otherwise, this place is perfect!

This hotel is being used as a halfway house. When people leave rehab if a halfway house is not available they can receive funding for an extended stay hotel. Based on all that we witnessed this is not a hotel for guests. In the twenty minutes we waited to be checked in at 12:30am, we witnessed — a tv being stollen (literally running out the door with it), a box with white substance being dumped into a box in the back of a vehicle that sat outside the hotel the whole time we were there, at least three large dogs in and out of the hotel, teenagers from prom getting access to guest room, lady walking in off the highway calling up to a guest via lobby phone and let in, drunk guy singing outside the door that let several people in the hotel with his room key, a battered lady that had movement and communication similar to someone on meth, and a guy that acted completely unaware/intoxicated that came in from the street and stormed to the desk as soon as the front desk roll up window was opened to help us after 20 minutes. To check in, you call a call center and the local hotel has up to 45 minutes to respond with assistance to check-in. By the time the help came to check us in, we had seen enough. We were scared to even stay or go in the room. This place is not a hotel for guests.

The front desk help is non existent. Tried to call three times and on the third try someone finally picked up. Stated they opened at 10am…what a joke. They have a stove top in the rooms but nothing to cook with. Personally I would never have tried to cook there but its a mute point. Dogs barking through the night non stop. Just do yourself a favor and….DON’T even think about think about giving it a try! If I could give less stars I would.
