Perfect location for those who want to stay near the drains station, hotel is just on the opposite side of the station. Buses to grotto is available in front of the train station.

The hotel is really near the station so it's really eazy for people who visited Lourdes for the first time. You just need to cross the street. The interiors look really nice and the staff are friendly. The room is also nice and big enough. It also near the Sanctuary, you only need to walk a couple of minutes. Our experience has been great, thankyou so much Best Western!!

… avrei dato le 5 stelle in quanto l’hotel anche miniaturizzato, è tutto piccolo nell’hotel, le stanze, gli asciugamani (mini), l’ascensore e tutto il resto con belle camere e ottima tecnologia. Quello che mi ha davvero deluso è stata colazione. Per quello che costa l’hotel non mi sarei mai aspettato un trattamento diverso per gli ospiti e gli avventori esterni a pagamento. Ho chiesto un cappuccino al bar, visto che lo avevano appena fatto a dei clienti e mi hanno rimandato ad una macchinetta che faceva dei terribili cappuccini senza schiuma e senza anima. Pertanto la prossima volta sceglierò un altro hotel.

Superbe hôtel que je recommande vivement ! Tout y est : magnifique hôtel décoré avec goût, chambre moderne, spacieuse et confortable avec salle de bain spacieuse. Tout est très propre. De même pour le restaurant qui propose une excellente cuisine et le personnel souriant est toujours « aux petits soins ». Nous reviendrons a coup sûr.
