Ho passato quattro giorni in questo hotel con un gruppo di amici. A dispetto di quanto scritto nelle recensioni precedenti, ho trovato le stanze appena ristrutturate (3° piano) e in ordine. Le pulizie venivano effettuate ogni giorno e la biancheria del bagno veniva cambiata quotidianamente. Il ristorante, dove avevamo pensione completa, ci ha sempre offerto cibo di qualità, buono e variato ogni giorno. Il personale, dalla reception alla ristorazione, è sempre stato attento e molto gentile. Mi sento di consigliarlo e se ritornerò a Lourdes, alloggerò sicuramente in questo hotel.

Old hotel rooms are very small ! Also needs some renovation ! You could hear noice in corridors .food was poor continental breakfast, no warm food only cold food are served ! Location is good ! Staff are friendly and sweet! But will never come back if I’m paying money and not enjoying my stay !

C'est un hôtel où l'on se sent très bien avec du personnel très accueillant, toujours autant de plaisir d'y revenir chaque année. Les chambres sont très spacieuses de même que les salles de bains. De plus il ne se situe qu'à 2min du sanctuaire. Nous vous recommandons cet hôtel !!

This was my first time staying at the hotel. I was very impressed with the speed we were all sorted with our rooms (17 people, some sharing, some alone). Breakfast was continental. Dinner was 3 course and a different surprise each day. We all enjoyed the soups, which were amazing. I would have loved a custard or cream with the flans (but they were still great). The bar was great. The staff were all patient and understanding. They were extremely helpful and made sure that you had what you needed. They made sure daily that everything was fine. I would recommend this hotel, as it was also close to many tourist attractions.

A good hotel where the staff will go above expectation to ensure a positive experience for their guests. There are several things that people would likely find complaint such as the low water pressure/flow in my 6th floor room. Trivial compared to the good air con in the room and the view I got as a bonus. I recommend this hotel, its accessible for the Grotto etc. I've stayed in various hotels in Lourdes over the years. This remains a particular favourite and look forward to coming back next year.

Just back from Lourdes great hotel and service Friendly and efficient staff compent management food good bedroom and bathroom spotless.Also the restaurant which is also owned by hotel owners good food and very relaxing young staff very pleasant and helpful.

The Staff at this hotel were exceptional , especially Catherine. The food was quite good. As a disabled visitor however, I could not say that access to both the hotel and the bathrooms were good. I was lucky to have people who assisted me in this. On the whole, both the owners and the manager were very helpful to me. I would return to this hotel but only if I had someone with me to access the hotel and the bathroom and showers.

Hotel in a location quite close to the holy places. But the 4 stars…. are definitely too many for what I saw. The room assigned to me was quite small with dated and dilapidated doors and windows, chipped wardrobes and almost ready to be scrapped; soot in the lamps, in the window both internally and externally……; bathroom with bathtub!!!!!; no mini bar, not even a kettle for a cup of tea. No TV signal for three days; dust kept us company for the whole stay!!!!! The only positive note, the reception staff who however proved to be helpful. I absolutely do not recommend it…..
