The air conditioning wasn't working so we had to change rooms.
They didn't change rooms unless we insisted.
In the room we were changed to, there were used towels and
no drinking water.
There was also a smell of sewage? toilet? I was worried about that.

Highly-recommended stay in Luang Prabang. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and give some pro-tips about the area. The place is quite close to several cafés, restaurants, spas, and markets. Has a very chill and laid-back vibe. Would go back for sure!

Booked Sala Prabang, but during check in, was taken to a more run down Guesthouse next door. Housekeeping could do better. Hung the sign for room to be made, nothing was done when we returned at 2pm. Contacted the counter, staff eventually turned up at 3.20pm.
