Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Fridge worked. Pillows were comfortable. The only thing missing were some stir sticks for our morning coffee. Breakfast was really nice. I also liked being able to use my phone to unlock the door.

The facility and the room was nice. It is in the middle of off campus housing but the area is nice with plenty of restaurants around. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Hotel is modern, clean & good staff. Rooms are very spacious & beds are good beds. Location is near TTU (if that is what you want).

Well, the room was excellent, the bed was comfortable but we had a few issues. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool. Well, it was out most of our stay because of a pump issue. Also, we have stayed at other Hyatt Houses around the country and always enjoyed the breakfast. Not so much this time - the food was not cooked right, over-cooked, or scarce when you wanted to eat. The fruit was disgusting and the juice bar had only 2 choices - apple or orange juice.
Otherwise, a good experience for the rest of the services.

We got to our room and restroom door was broken wouldn’t close. So then attendant moved us to another room. That room had a big stain in carpet. Water left in coffee maker with dirty cups. Disappointed
