Très excellents vos services, vos repas sont vraiment délicieux, vos agents ainsi que la sécurité sont sympas et courtois. Novotel Lubumbashi est le meilleur hôtel de la RDC. j'aime la vue nocturne de la terrasse, c'est waouh, c'est classe et c'est merveilleux !

Great hotel with well manicured gardens. Enjoyed my week attending a conference. The staff were attentive but we had a language barrier as I do not speak French. Rooms were clean with all amenities functioning.
