This hotel is recommended by a friend. It is small but cozy. It is next to the Lucca city wall, which is convenient for travel. The people in the hotel are very nice and the overall feeling is very good!

Stanza grande e pulita ma non da 4 stelle, direi un 3 superiore. Al check-in non vi è stato detto dell'offerta vip ma solo il giorno dopo, il problema però è di ******* che non specifica in coda consiste e quindi non essendoci portati un costume non abbiamo potuto approfittare. Colazione con troppo cibo imbustato e pochi cornetti. Parcheggio gratuito ma non sufficiente per tutti.

geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Deluxezimmer im 3.Stock,großes Bad mit Doppeldusche,tolle Duschprodukte und Bodylotion von Acqua d'Elba,reichliches Frühstück,Lage zur Altstadt perfekt,kostenloser Parkplatz am Hotel(goldwert)Das Personal,ob am Empfang,beim Frühstück oder die Zimmerdamen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Einziges Manko ist die verkehrsreiche Strasse,allerdings perfekte schalldichte Fenster.

He viajado en múltiples ocasiones a Lucca por trabajo pero esta vez quise viajar en familia para visitar la ciudad y alrededores. El hotel tiene buena ubicación y la habitación está muy limpias, pero en nuestro caso y dado que solicitamos una cuna para el bebé, realmente fue muy pequeña, apenas podías moverte. El desayuno es tipo buffet y es correcto, debo destacar la amabilidad de la camarera que nos ayudó cada día montando una trona para el bebe y nos calentó la leche y lo que hizo falta. Como inconveniente, pero he visto que es algo bastante general en Italia, es que no hay persianas y las cortinas tapan poco la luz, por lo que a primera hora de la mañana no hay quien pueda dormir.

L’albergo è in ottima posizione appena fuori dalle mura (porta Elisa) e dispone di ampio parcheggio. Il personale è disponibile, non abbiamo usufruito della spa, la stanza mi è sembrata molto pulita. Purtroppo il ristorante di fianco è chiuso la domenica sera (!) e anche gli altri giorni non abbiamo trovato posto, ma comunque è un’altra gestione quindi nulla da dire. Le camere sono abbastanza piccole e avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata (arredi vecchi, bagno senza ventola, mobili sbeccati e cassaforte piccola). La chiave non è magnetica ma bisogna portarsi un portachiavi non molto comodo. Una cosa non molto carina è la nota che il frigobar è solo per i prodotti (a pagamento) dell’albergo.
