Wir waren im Juni 2024 für 4 Nächte zu Gast in diesem B&B. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es wieder buchen. Unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und zum Parkplatz ausgerichtet. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Buchung direkt über seine Webseite gemacht und Ihn am Anreisetag benachrichtigt bis wann wir ungefähr ankommen. Das B&B hat eine gute Lage. Es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zur Altstadt, die sehr schön ist.

Bellissima Struttura ,villa Antica molto pulita e curata ,il gestore Max Simpaticissimo e disponibile ,camera comoda e pulita a 2 passi dalle Mura ,colazione abbondante e ricca in grado di soddisfare proprio tutti ,posto auto in parcheggio privato,da consigliare assolutamente !!!

Posizione comodissima a 2 passi da porta Elisa con supermercati e servizi molto comodi. Struttura curata, accogliente e pulita. Buona colazione ed alla reception il Sig. Massimo molto cordiale e disponibile ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora migliore con consigli su dove mangiare e non solo. Bravi ci ritorneremo.

B&B is quite adequate and close to Lucca city. Large Italian villa with rooms off a long corridor. Room lacks sofa or somewhere to relax unless you lie on the bed. Found it a bit soulless, no welcome or buzz. High ceilings and tiled floors in room and nice shower. Breakfast fine. Great to have a fridge in the room and you could make a cup of tea in the corridor. All in all does the job. You have to pay for parking here.

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte ma siamo stati benissimo. Camere pulite e molto curate. Comodo al centro di Lucca. Ben gestita anche la colazione a buffet con molta scelta. Proprietario cordiale e molto disponibile. Soddisfatti. Lo consigliamo.

Our 2nd stay with Max at Villa Anna did not disappoint. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast choices were plentiful. Location is walking distance to entrance of the old city. Parking is available (outside of ZTL) if you reserve ahead of time. We will definitely come back next time we visit.
