Great location with easy trot from the train station (we only had backpacks in preparation for being to Cinque Terre), great rooms, great communications with the host. Would definitely stay here again and for longer. Highly recommend, and we are fussy;)

Great find! We ended up in Lucca, which we had already visited years ago, almost by chance, with the intention of spending a night away from home and we were pleasantly impressed by this structure. Since there were four of us, we were assigned the Turandot room: practically a real apartment, a very large double bedroom, with several pillows available, a small bedroom with two connecting single beds and a bathroom with shower. The teapot in the room, with a wide choice of herbal teas, the free coffee machine in the common area, and the possibility of preparing any food or drink independently were much appreciated. Both the rooms and the common areas were spotless. Central and very convenient location. Registered mail.

Great location, easy to find and very nice room. Also wonderful coffee, cappuccino etc machine and small kitchen to share. We were able to stay an extra day since we loved Lucca so much. Thank you Residenza Storico!

Lovely apartment right in the heart of beautiful Lucca. Apartment itself was gorgeous with high ceiling and was spotlessly clean !! Everywhere in Lucca was just sort stroll away.. . Train station was about 1km away. Would definitely stay here again!!

Ho passato un week end presso la Residenza Centro storico con amici e famiglia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La residenza si trova all’interno delle mura. Abbiamo lasciato l’auto in un parcheggio libero poco fuori le mura e in 10 minuti eravamo dentro. Camere spaziose e pulite. Dotate di bollitore, bottigliette di acqua e cesto con snack dolci e salati per colazione o merenda. I gestori sono stati molto gentili e disponibili a fornirci informazioni e indicazioni su ristoranti.

Absolutely Fabulous. The rooms are spotless and tea coffee and goodies are left in the room on your arrival. Bathroom spotless and large. I have to say I have stayed in many hotels and the bed linen and towels were the best I have ever experienced in a Hotel. It's peaceful and quite just what you need when you return from sight seeing all day. Stefano was always at hand if you needed any info or help with anything. Whilst leaving you alone to enjoy your stay there. Breakfast is not included but there are many bars that are only a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend it.

Need cell service for check-in, and there is basically no staff on site for your stay. Excellent rooms, very clean, coffee machine. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and a beautiful spacious room (which is rare in Italy). Check-in was easy and friendly and questions about where to park overnight were answered promptly.
