The hotel was fine- no complaints. However, during our stay, a member of the hotel staff parked our hire car and crashed it, causing damage. Despite a signed letter from the manager confirming liability, he has done everything to avoid making payment. He has failed to respond to over 30 emails and won’t return phone calls. Absolutely disgusting and thoroughly dishonest behaviour which has cost me over £1000 to rectify via SIXT hire cars. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, particularly as the avoidance is deliberate. Avoid this place.
