The B&B is in a great location in Lucca. The owner showed up promptly when we arrived and was very helpful in providing details about the town. The room was comfortable and clean. The area was quiet at night. The breakfast at the cafe was good with a buffet of items.

Abbiamo affittato una camera doppia per una sola notte. Il personale gentile e molto disponibile. L’ottima colazione a buffet che è messa a disposizione la mattina nel ristorante di proprietà, sotto il B&b, è stata sicuramente apprezzata. La camera comoda, adatta per soggiorni di questo tipo. L’unica accortezza da fare è la pulizia; quando, appena arrivata, sono andata a fare la doccia, ho notato che il bagno era un po’ sporco e c’erano dei resti di capelli.

Parfait! Idéalement situé dans la ville. La place de l'anfiteatro est magnifique. L'hôtel est très confortable. Avec nos 2 enfants, nous avons eu 2 chambres voisines, légèrement isolée dans l'immeuble par un petit couloir, fermant à clef. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux ! Gâteaux au choix, viennoiseries multiples, côté salé jambon, fromage et œufs. Allez y les yeux fermés, je recommande !

Fantastic location right in the middle of Lucca but really quiet and very reasonable cost wise. Rooms were massive with comfortable bed, extra bed, table and chairs + en-suite (dark but perfectly functional and clean). There is a communal area with cooking area and dining tables which was useful. The owner was really friendly and helpful, booked taxis for us and kept us updated. Would highly recommend.

Camera molto confortevole con tutti gli accessori a disposizione e personale molto disponibile. Colazione ottima, posizione altrettanto con ristorante dell’albergo sotto e piazza dell’anfiteatro a 20 metri. Ci tornerò sicuramente

B&B in posizione molto comoda per visitare la città e a 20 minuti dalla stazione dei treni; proprietari gentili e molto disponibili. La camera matrimoniale assegnataci aveva un' illuminazione piuttosto scarsa e la pulizia era un po' sommaria , ma il bagno, fornito di prodotti di cortesia e morbidi asciugamani, era molto pulito e con una buona illuminazione. Sarebbe gradita l'aggiunta di qualche mensola per riporre i propri effetti personali. Colazione molto buona,varia ed abbondante. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Carinissima struttura nel centro storico di Lucca adiacente alla Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. Posizione Super! Personale disponibile, camera pulita e con tutti i servizi. Colazione servita nel ristorante adiacente. Ricca e buona. Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante della struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consigliamo!!

The location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Common kitchen/dinning areas are well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to people visiting Lucca. Francisco was very helpful. He let us store our luggage and organised taxi for us to go to pisa airport. His brother alllowed us to use bathroom, even though restaurant was closed for afternoon .
