Flash in rn 306 where i stayed was broken. Towels were provided in rooms on demand. Services in fourth floor restaurant very poor.

Experience was very nice, whole staff is friendly and supportive. Only food options in restaurant is limited, we got very few recepies in lunch. I would recommend to select this hotel for any type of travel. Overall a very nice experience.

1. Housekeeping was poor. 2. The corridor carpet was dirty & not regularly cleaned. 3. Room linen was not changed & appeared reused multiple times. 4. Intercom was not working. 5. Food was average in quality but price was like for a 4 star hotel. 6. Overall a very average housekeeping, maintenance and overall experience.

I ordered lunch with shakes, where they changed the shake without my concent, secondly i asked them to refill the hand wash and shampoo bottles where they didn't entertain and at last instead they send a bottle of shampoo and conditioner, how am i supposed to wash hands ? neither they provide the bathing robe. Additionally the food they served was so poor in taste couldn't believe how did they serve so bad

The hotel is well located on the road that leads from lucknow to faizabad. While parking in front of the hotel is limited during functions, the staff make arrangements to get cars parked in the empty plot next to the hotel. My executive twin room would certainly qualify as one of the most spacious rooms in a lucknow hotel. It was very clean and all ameneties were top notch. The food at the in house restaurant is very good. A great experience !
