Ac was not working properly and i changed my room then they give me normal room no fridge was there no cold water

Hotel location so far as showing on pakhowal road, but it's at outer completely. Rooms wrost, no hot water available, taps are leaking, shower was not working properly. 3700 price you can find am y other good hotel in this price than this. Make my trip lose their standard. They are just making money now with tie ups with the worst hotels.

Hotel and their staff members were very good and cooperative. However i felt basic things such as toothbrush, iron, shoe shiner should be provided at this price range.
