A quiet, green place. Bedrooms and living room OK, kitchen well equipped, Terrace with a large table very handy for meetings at any time of the day. The old town of Lugano is 10-15 minutes on foot, but you can take the bus 4, to which you can walk in 5 mi

Garden apartment with leaky windows and some old furniture. Overall condition rather poor and a bit grumpy, therefor quite calm. The center can be easily reached with a long walk.

Uncomplicated apartment, lots of birdsong in spring, windows: energy- wasting single glazing, windows can barely be closed, door to the kitchen is missing, removed.
