Very nice shampoo and shower gel. There was coffee machine (but works badly) and a bottle of water. And two big mirrors, and very nice breakfast

Booked very last minute due to pre booked accommodation letting me down, arrived at the hotel 20 minutes later and received a warm welcome from the receptionist. Everything was explained clearly, the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The lift was out of order but I was able to use the staff lift. The room was spotless the corridors are quite quirky, I liked them, very art deco - this hotel is obviously quite old, ancient beams in the breakfast room. My room had everything I needed, the pillows were amazing. The bathroom was brand new, with modern fixtures and fittings and despite reading another review which said the shower was small, mine was spacious! Breakfast was fine, lots of continental choice. You can park nearby overnight for 27 Swiss Francs. I really think this hotel is underrated my stay was pleasant, welcoming and comfortable - I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

L'hotel si trova a pochi metri dalla stazione di base della teleferica con cui si può scendere in città dalla stazione ferroviaria ed è quindi comodissimo per chi viaggia in treno. Le stanze sono ampie, comode e silenziose, lo staff è cordiale e all'arrivo ti offre una tavoletta di cioccolato. La colazione offre una ampia scelta di prodotti. A pochi minuti a piedi c'è la cattedrale di Lugano, le vie dello shopping ed il bellissimo lungolago. Ed è persino relativamente poco costoso per essere in Svizzera. Insomma, tutto perfetto e se dovessi tornare a Lugano, tornerei di certo qui.

Great hotel option for staying in Lugano center. The funicular connects the SBB railway station with the city center and funicular station is just 10m away from the hotel entrance.

Gutes Hotel, hervorragend gelegen, sauber, einfach. Einzig die Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe ist etwas lärmig, aber daran gewöhnt man sich rasch. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Näher am Bahnhof Lugano und trotzdem gleichzeitig mitten in der Stadt geht nicht. Schlicht und passend für eine unkomplizierte Übernachtung, wenn man mit der Bahn unterwegs ist.
