在火車站的北面，剛開始我們出站從南面出去了，結果發現走錯了。其實北面出口有直達電梯上去後步行即到。建築漂亮，房間也不錯，早餐豐富。

Environment: The external environment of the hotel is good, but the inside of the room feels a bit spooky, and the wallpaper is like that of the last century.
Breakfast: Lots of fruits
Location: Less than 10 minutes from the train station
Disadvantages: The elevator design is unreasonable. There is no way to take the elevator on the first floor. You have to carry your luggage upstairs.

Great hotel within walking distance of the train station. Beautiful green area with palm trees and a wonderful outdoor pool. Varied breakfast. Next time I will stay there.

The hotel is convenient to the train station for easy travel to Lake Como, Milan, and the "Italian" Canton of Switerland. Rooms were clean, we had a slightly upgraded room with balcony overlooking the lake. Staff was attentive. Nice little breakfast buffet. The highlight is their outdoor restaurant and seating area for dinner. Wonderful food and atmosphere. Can be a bit of a hike walking into central Lugano...especially the way back, which is basically entirely uphill. But that's part of the charm of the city. Overall, good value and location especially if you plan to utilize the train while there.

This was our second stay in the hotel, and this time we got a Leisure double room in the main building. Room and bathroom were spotless and convenient. We had a nice view on the park with the beautiful palm trees. During our check-in, it felt more like a business hotel than a family hotel. Breakfast is excellent, many hot and cold choises. The staff here was friendly, besides one elderly guy that took his job a bit too seriously, and therefore he was on the brink of being rude. Location is excellent, near the central trainstation, and only minutes away from the cable car to the center of Lugano, with all the shops and restaurants. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice, the Grotto, which was very good. This time we did not use the pool, because of the weather (october). On the negative side: no coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Kjekt opphold på flott hotell. Romslige rom, god frokost og happy hour i baren hver ettermiddag. Litt harde senger da overmadrass manglet. Fint bassengområde.

Sehr zentral beim Bahnhof gelegen, z.T. mit Blick zum See und zur Stadt. Klassischer Hotelbau mit grosszügigen und schönen Zimmer, die z.T. renoviert sind. Wunderbarer, grosszügiger Park.
Die Aussen- und die Innenbereiche sind sehr sauber, das Personal äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grosszügig, frisch aber etwas eng. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die Plastik-Leuchten im Zimmer und die Zigarettenstummel auf dem Balkonboden. Alles in allem ein positiver Aufenthalt - wir würden wieder kommen!
