1) close to train station (only plus point)
2) room not clean (dusty )
3) room very old as for me get used to modern hotel
4) would not consider next time … as my expectation is different
5) overprice (maximum chf100 per night)

2 minutes walk from the train station. Free Tickets for the local transportation like the funicular. Very clean room with a large size bathroom

Sehr nahe am Zentrum. Gut gelegen, da Bahn direkt neben Hotel. Aber sehr laut, da Strasse stark befahren und es keine Klimaanlage hat

Nice stay. Very clise to railway station. Clean room. Very helpful and responsive staff. Good quality-price. Highly recommended if you want a convenient and clean place to stay for 1 or nights...

Super super basic hotel. Although there is an AC unit in the room, there is no AC controller. Loud noise from the street. Asked for extra 20 CHF for the aircon remote. No fan in room as well in the summer heat. Water is extra 2 CHF. No parking on site, had to park opposite. Good for a transit hotel as only paid about 90 CHF for a night. But definitely not a hotel to choose to sleep in for longer.

C’est le meilleur hôtel de la ville de Lugano, mais le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle et à votre écoute qui vous fait oublier le coté vieillot… J’y ai très bien dormi avec une climatisation qui fonctionne très bien… Proche de la gare, du funiculaire et arrêt de bus devant la porte, donc demander votre « Ticino Ticket » qui permet d’avoir les transports public du canton et des réductions dans divers sites partenaires… Pour y séjourner 2 ou 3 nuit, c’est parfait…
