Overall ok for this price in the area. just 2 mins walk from the lake and a coop. Lovely to have a kitchen.

Very friendly and serviceminded Frontdesk staff both in the morning and in the evening. Clean room and great location close to trainstation and Lake Lugano. Breakfast staff very efficient and nice. Would love to come back to beautiful Lugano.

No dia da viagem meu filho de 4 anos teve febre de 39 graus e foi diagnosticado pela pediatra com escarlatina, uma doença contagiosa, não podendo ter contato com outras pessoas por, pleo menos 48h. Desde a manhã solicitei o cancelamento sem cobrança como exceção pela situação, ,mas o hotel sequer retornou minhas mensagens. Liguei 2x e, na 1a a atendente disse não poder me ajudar e pediu que eu retornasse para falar com o gerente. Quando liguei, o atendente me informou que o gerente não aceitou meu cancelamento. Eu disse que poderia mandar o atestado da pediatra, mas não houve nenhuma flexibilidade. Eu não só estou com uma criança doente, como também cancelei uma viagem aguardada e ainda tive que pagar CHF 220. Achei um absurdo essa falta de sensibilidade e flexibididade (ofereci remarcar para outro final de semana). Me mostra muito como a propriedade é gerenciada.

The room is nice and spacious like an apartment. Clean. The heating cannot be controlled. Which is inconvenient. First night smells cigarette probably from t ventilation ducts.
