Hotels near Jinjiling in Luoping

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to visit all the attractions in Luoping. We had our New Year's Eve dinner here, and the food was excellent, with impeccable service from the staff. The F&B manager was exceptionally dedicated, bustling around so much that their legs were tired, yet they still had a colleague assist them so they could stay on-site to oversee everything. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and hygienic, with complete and well-equipped facilities, a quiet environment, convenient transportation, and warm and thoughtful service. The staff communicated with us carefully and patiently. They even provided hot milk for bedtime and arranged a car to take us to the train station. Our group of six elderly people traveled from Shanghai to Lijiang, Dali, Mengzi, and Mile. The atmosphere and service of Xicheng Holiday Hotel were the most memorable and heartwarming aspects of our trip. We are deeply grateful to the hotel staff for leaving us with such a wonderful impression.

I can't believe it's 2025, and there are still such wonderful hostels in China: bookstores, music, drinks, courtyards, and incredibly cool owners... a cultural utopia in Luoping County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province. It's a haven of cleanliness, a great location, excellent amenities, and a remarkably quiet environment. I hope Luoping 97 Bookstore Hostel stays open for a hundred years! Right now, I'm at Guiyang Longdongbao Airport T3 Terminal, about to board a Xiamen Airlines flight back to Nanjing. Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan are a hub of delicious food and a gathering place for all kinds of culinary experts. This isn't my first time here, and it won't be my last. By the way, the hostel owner told me about the Time YHA Hostel in Yongyuan Alley next to the Presidential Palace in Nanjing. That's where my stays at China International Youth Hostels began, the place where a beautiful dream started... I miss the pre-pandemic hostel era, cherish everything I have now, and look forward to the future. Attached is a picture: the sunset I saw from the owner's rooftop that night. This is a relatively good hotel in Luoping. I have stayed here twice and both times I had a good experience. The hygiene and environment are relatively clean, the service attitude is also very good, the transportation is relatively convenient, and the breakfast tastes good. It is worth recommending.

The room facilities are new, similar to the quality of a fast hotel. Clean and odorless. The air conditioning and heating are sufficient and quiet. The shower head in the bathroom has enough water. The rice noodles and porridge for breakfast taste good. The homestay is close to the rapeseed flower scenic area, and you can also see the flower fields on one side from the window. Before booking, I was a little hesitant because I saw some reviews (reviews in early 2023) pointing out that there were some flaws in the homestay. I specifically called the homestay to ask if those problems had been solved. The person in charge who answered the phone told me with certainty that those problems were no longer there and I could book with confidence, and explained in detail the causes of the problems and the measures to solve them. It is a reliable store!

I arrived around 11:00 a.m. and they graciously let me check in. The shower room was comfortable with a separate shower stall, although the sink was a little small. The room and bedding were clean and comfortable. When I asked about chartering a car with a driver to go to Majie Village to see the rape blossoms, they did their best to research and make a suggestion. In the end, I didn't have a chauffeur because it might not be in full bloom yet, but they were really kind to us. Thank you, my stay in Luoping is a very good memory.

The room is clean and tidy, and the boss and his wife treat the guests warmly and thoughtfully. Since there is no elevator, the boss personally helped us move our luggage to the third floor. When traveling, you will feel very comfortable when you encounter such a hotel. Friends who come to Luoping must recommend this hotel. The most important thing is that it is economical and convenient.

This stay was a very pleasant experience. The service was attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were spacious and bright, the facilities were complete, and the price was very reasonable. There was a yard in the back where you could park, which could probably fit five or six cars. There was a breakfast shop on the first floor of the guesthouse, and the roasted milk was also very delicious. I stayed another night.

Maybe it’s because the mountains are too humid and the facilities are aging quickly, so the air conditioning effect is not very good. Fortunately, there are electric blankets. The service provided by the front desk girl is very good, considerate and attentive. The environment is worth it, especially the beautiful cherry blossom mountain road to the left when you go out the back door of the hotel. You can walk to the Stone Forest of Weigu Village and drive a short distance to the beautiful Xiaolongtan Village. Turning right from the back door you can reach the Pinde Village Observation Deck, which is so beautiful! Living here is an unexpected surprise!
