地理位置不錯，在應天門邊上，定了兩個房間，一間園景大床一間親子房，房間都無法拉窗簾，一個對着破舊的拆遷倉庫一個對着樓梯，人來人往。服務態度不錯，因為沒有電梯，來回幫助拿箱子。早餐非常非常一般，住了3天就第一天吃一次。後面沒人想吃了。總體評價性價比不高，就圖一個地理位置的話，不如住五星酒店，價格差不多，吃住會提檔升級好多。因為洛陽也不大，其實住五星酒店打車去應天門景區也方便。推薦來洛陽夥伴還是選酒店。不過民宿就這樣，大家自行參考。
