3-Star Hotels in Luoyang

Pros: 1) very friendly and accommodating front desk, they gave us extra water bottles, gave recommendations for restaurants, and responded quickly to my questions on wechat 2) great location 3) clean rooms 4) pretty good selection for breakfast 5) stored our luggage for free 6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out Cons: 1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away 2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

Before coming have added them in WECHAT which they have provided all the information needed. Excellent service from the reception especially the lady Ms 孙 she is awesome and have full knowledge about the Longmen grotto. She has explained every details like which bus to take which station to stop so that you don't walk the longer way. She even explained the sequence of walking so that you will not missed the important part. Very very patience lady.

If you don't mind the small room, the location of this hotel is perfect. You can walk to Mingtang and Yingtianmen, and walk to Lijingmen and Xiaoshizijie in 20 minutes without any pressure. If you take a taxi, it will cost less than 8 yuan. The room is relatively small, but the bed is moderately soft and comfortable, and it is very comfortable to sleep. I asked for an extra quilt, and the auntie's service was very good, very kind and enthusiastic. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. Luoyang trip to the Blue Hotel, the location is better to find, service staff It’s great. I came back late at night. The hotel arranged the opposite parking lot. You can reimburse it. And you contact the hotel. Someone will come to help you park and don’t need to wait. On the first floor of the hotel, pear soup and dumpling water were arranged. It was very warm to drink a cup every night when I came back cold. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station.

The room is clean and tidy, and the area is quite large. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. When I came back from the trip, I asked for two more bottles of water. The lady handed it to me very happily. There are many places to eat around, and the transportation is convenient. It is not too far from Yingtianmen. There are not many rooms on each floor, so it is relatively quiet.

Good place to stay .Metro station is less than 5minutes walk.Bed is very very comfy & bedsheets are fresh & cosy. Staff are helpful with all my touristy questions . Very clean & modern . Evening there is a night market ,so taxis are not able to get to front door of hotel .just walk in from main road , not far . Landmark is a very tall ,very white office tower; hotel entrance is just at base.

The standard room we booked was not available, so we changed it to a suite at the front desk. This is not bad. The suite is big, but it is quite empty. If you live alone, it may be a bit scary. Facilities: very old, you can't even watch TV, the temperature difference between the living room and the bedroom is too big, the bedroom is not as warm as the living room Boneless chicken feet, pig's trotters and jujube cakes are not finished?
