When checking in, the staff was friendly, enthusiastic and efficient. I was delighted to receive a free upgrade to the room I originally booked. The upgraded rooms are spacious and bright, beautifully decorated, fully equipped and of high quality. The bed was so comfortable that I had a good night's sleep every night. The hotel's catering is also satisfactory, with rich and varied dishes and high-quality taste, and you can taste authentic Luoyang cuisine. The service is the highlight. Whether it is the front desk, room service or restaurant service staff, they always maintain a smile and professionalism, and respond to guests' needs in a timely manner. Especially Xiaobai from the guest relations department, who answered all questions and provided professional and enthusiastic service. The hotel is right in front of the subway entrance and exit. It is very convenient to take the subway line 1 or 2. The service staff were not very friendly and the breakfast was really not delicious. There were no people either. There are so many places to eat across the street. If I had known better, I wouldn't have ordered breakfast. Room facilities are average.

It was clean. However, impeccable cleanliness is never possible. Otherwise, it's a good hotel. Worth the money. Not very soundproof, though. A bathtub in the room - a shower would be more convenient. The shower head is fixed, so if you are tall, you will need bend slightly to have a shower.

I have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan. Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already. I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.

Fantastic location in the centre of Luoyang - only 10 mins drove from the station and 20 minutes drive from Longmen Grottoes. Close to great restaurants. We booked a city view room and I think we were given a free upgrade to a huge suite with fantastic views. Very clean, well appointed room with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All this for a great price. I would stay here again!!
