In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

The owner of the newly opened hotel is very good. The room layout is perfect. The big screen projector is very refreshing to watch movies after a tiring day. The bed is also comfortable to sleep on. There are no chargeable items in the room. There are sufficient disposable supplies. It is close to the Longmen Grottoes. There is also a free parking lot downstairs.
