The hotel is located in the city center, very comfortable
It takes about 10 minutes to reach the railway station by tram, and the tram stop is located near the hotel.
The staff is very friendly and looks like an old building, but the rooms are spacious and clean.
It may be noisy outside because it is in the city center, but not enough to sleep.
It is great to have a restaurant connected to the hotel, there are many restaurants and bars nearby.
Breakfast is included, but it was Corona time, so I ordered breakfast
I bought bread, eggs, juice and yogurt, but the breakfast was delicious
This is a hotel with no particular disadvantages

While it is a bit of a walk from the nearest tram station, the room was amazing. As a well designed physical space 10/10, interior design 10/10. Refrigerator and beautiful mid 20th century design red chairs were a visual knockout. The wall next to the bed had a panel that had to have been a hand painted “mural”, from floor to the ceiling a gentle blue gradation that was a joy to experience from the super comfy bed. I would definitely book a room the next time I visit Luxembourg City.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for business. I got to the hotel from the airport on bus 29 and arrived around noon. Was hoping to check-in early but was advised the check-in time was later, although I can check-in earlier if I registered to be an Accor member - which I ended up doing although didn't really want to. The hotel is located in a quiet/more commercial part of town within 10 minutes walking distance to the train station and a short bus ride (5+ minutes walk to the bus station) to the touristy part of town. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bigger room, a bath tub and a pool but the room otherwise had all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities. Buffet breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice although it was only on the 2nd morning that I realised that the cold cuts were on a table at the back of the restaurant. Although breakfast officially starts at 6am, food was still being taken out from the kitchen at 6:20am. Reception was helpful with directions but after I checked out, I got a SMS from my bank notifying me that I had a Euro 1 charge on my card by the hotel - not sure if it was because I requested a printed copy of the invoice at check out because if that was what the Euro 1 was for, then reception should have informed me beforehand? At approximately Euro 200 a night, not value for money in my opinion.

No. No. No. No. No. Electric outlet in bathroom didn't work; had to dry hair in main room with a handheld mirror. Shower is a handheld sprayer - sprayed water all over bathroom, needed to use all our towels to mop up the flood; the drain in the bathroom was coming apart and floating around our feet; ”King” sized bed is actually two twins pushed together. Our ”Suite” is a room on a very busy noisy street. Ancient hotel with small minimal cosmetic changes. No in-room temperature controls, room was hot af (but couldn't open windows - see below). No blackout curtains. Hotel did not advise us 3 blocks around hotel were to be repaved on our weekend stay. Could not use hotel parking, had to park on street 2 blocks away. Crews started work at 6am on both Saturday and Sunday morning. Stinky asphalt and huge construction trucks. We realize this is out of the hotel's purview, but no notification from the hotel. Crickets. Nowhere near city center. If you choose this hotel, INSIST on park view room, call a few days ahead to get this guarantee. Would not recommend under any and all circumstances.

I had a pleasant stay at Bivius hotel. The hotel is a perfect place for a passage to Luxembourg, at the reception, Mr. Osman is very listening, serviceable and professional. a bus stop less than 100m from the hotel, you can leave his car at the hotel parking and reach the center I was there for the first time and I would return to my home:-)

Great hotel within walking distance of the airport terminal with free parking. Room was clean and this hotel was a fantastic base for our trip to the Belgium Grand Prix at Spa - approx 75 min drive. The local shuttle bus into Luxembourg was over the road with frequent buses into town taking approx 20 mins. All public transport in Luxembourg is free so we visited town in the evening for some lovely food.

They picked me up from the airport, although it is not far from the airport but I arrived late. Friendly from the moment I called for the pick up. I also needed directions the following day and the lady and young man who checked me in helped with this. The room was lovely and clean and I had a nice view to the side. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very clean. I did have some noisy neighbours but as there is no telephone in the room couldn't let reception know. In the end I put earplugs in my ears. I slept well though. The breakfast was substantial and a lot to choose from. The manager at reception (a different one) called the bus headquarters to make sure I had the correct bus numbers for my very important day. What an incredibly friendly hotel. If ever you need to find something near the hotel I would suggest this one. They also have a bar and restaurant so that is good when you have time or need this.

This hotel just opened in May 2021, it is very new and worth staying once. There is a coffee machine in the room and the bathrobes are also very nice. This grey series made us feel very relaxed. There are also childhood memories. The most classic style of Playstation 1 and Marshall speakers can sing on the bedside. The hotel front desk is very friendly

流流浪的小miumiuThis hotel is very expensive, half price, but the location is super good. Remind everyone of two things, First, you can drive to the hotel entrance, but the navigation will be problematic. It should extend west of the highway ring outside the old city, from north to south (ie, Boulevard Royal to the south), turn left into Rue Nutre-Dame, 50 meters. Turn left into Rue Philippe II, cross two small streets, pass the Hermes Hermes store, turn right. Second, the hotel is mainly for luxury stores and downtown attractions, but all the businesses in the city (90%) are closed on Sundays, so try not to live in this hotel on Sunday, it is very boring.

GGuest UserThe Central City - Luxury ApartHotel (CCLA) was AWESOME! Our apartment was very large, clean, and modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom was fantastic and complete with a large walk-in shower. The property location was PERFECT - right in the heart of the city close to ALL the major attractions. Our apartment overlooked a very lovely garden behind the building. Although we were in the city, it felt as though we were in the suburbs. I have saved the best for last. My wife and I travel the entire world on a full-time basis. Wherever we are at the time is our ”home”. Because of this, the quality of the apartment staff (or hotels on the rare occasion we are in a hotel) is paramount to us. We had one of the best experiences with the property manager at CCLA Luxembourg that we have had anywhere in the world. I am referring to Jerome who was the property manager during our time at CCLA. He was wonderful to communicate with prior to our arrival and during our stay. He was very kind, and wanted to ensure our apartment was comfortable and that we would enjoy our stay. He was an EXCELLENT representative of the CCLA Luxembourg and we enjoyed chatting with him each day during our stay at CCLA!

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient near the main train station, plus close to bus and tram stops. There is a lot of construction on the road outside the hotel, but it was not a problem. Our room was a good size, not huge, but good open closet/storage space. The bed was comfortable with really good pillows! The bathroom had a really big shower, small sink, but overall nice. Plenty of outlets/plugs, good mirrors, a long desk. We didn't do the breakfast, so can't speak to that. Nor did we go to the rooftop bar. While the lobby/reception area is small it's welcoming and new, just like the rooms. Everything was clean and new and modern. The staff was super helpful and nice. We would happily stay here again.

MMichael PWhen we walked from the train station to the hotel we were taken back by all the road construction going on by the hotel. Oops is this a mistake but when you enter the hotel and hear the soft music and see the decor we started to relax. A lovely mature gentleman greeted us and checked us in. The room was clean and comfortable. Trams and buses are free in the city. You can walked to the old section of Luxembourg city in about 20 minutes. We would walk and then take the tram back. A lovely old hotel with plenty of charm.

GGuest UserVery well and centrally located between the pedestrian zone and the park, underground car park available. The hotel is not easy to reach by car due to the traffic layout in the city centre.
Unfortunately, no one will help you with your luggage at check-in, even if you ask.
But overall very friendly staff, a tiny bit slow.
Good breakfast buffet and very good! Having lunch. The restaurant has a beautiful courtyard facing the city park.
In the evening piano music in the bar, very good, unusual cocktails.
Nice room with everything you need, good beds, no coffee maker in the room.
Overall definitely recommended! We will stay there again.

GGuest UserCet hôtel ne vaut pas le standing ibis styles. Il vaut à peine un ibis budget, et encore pour en avoir fait, il y a des ibis budget largement au-dessus de celui-ci. On a payé 80€ la nuit sans le petit déjeuner (tarif preferentie carte accor) (13,50€/pers en plus). La chambre (au 5eme): Très petite, avec une lucarne en guise de fenêtre, à plus de 1m70 de hauteur. Très peu de place, le lit est collé au mur, les coussins inconfortables ainsi que le matelas. Peu de place pour mettre une valise. Il fait très chaud et lourd dans la chambre, notre séjour était au 1er avril avec 10°C au plus fort de la journée et de la pluie tout le jour. Une chaleur donc inexpliquée. Impossible de mettre la climatisation qui fait trop de bruit et qui fonctionne à peine. Pas de frigo, pas de coffre, pas de bouteille d'eau habituelle pour le standing ibis styles. Heureusement, il y avait 2 verres, pour quoi faire ... on ne sait pas. La salle de bains : On peut se poser sur les toilettes en même temps qu'on se brosse les dents. Point positif : la douche assez spacieuse L humidité qui en ressort reste au plafond, qui par ailleurs, malgré le rafraîchissement récent de la peinture, commence à faire des cloques et abîmer tout le plafond. Absence de VMC dans la salle de bains, ce qui amène l'humidité dans la chambre et augmente ainsi la chaleur lourde et malsaine. Cette humidité reste la nuit entière. Petit déjeuner : Petit déjeuner à 13,50€ par personne... Quelle honte !! Jus d orange industrielle, mini vienoisseries industrielles quand il y en a encore. Les fruits moisis, du fromage et jambon bas de gamme pour ceux qui aiment le salé. A ce prix là, je fais le même petit déjeuner pour 4 personnes avec des produits de meilleurs qualités. Parking : Attention, ils indiquent qu'ils ont un parking à disposition. Quand on les appelle, ils nous indiquent de ne pas prendre leur parking, à 18€ les 24h, car assez difficile à manœuvrer. Il est préférable, selon leurs recommandations, de prendre le parking plaza juste à côté de l hôtel pour 3 -4€ de plus Parking plaza très propre et facile d'accès et de circulation mais à 40€ les 24h. On est loin des 3 - 4€ de plus. A ce prix là, j aurais préféré manœuvrer... Personnel : Un acceuil froid, distant et limite agressif, et le même comportement par la personne en charge du petit déjeuner. Le personnel est habillé en jogging, basket, sweat et tenue inadaptée pour un hôtel, et encore moins, pour un hôtel de ce standing. L'agent d'entretien est très polie et fait ce qu'elle peut avec le peu de moyen qu'elle a. On se demande d'ailleurs où va notre argent Hygiène et environnement : La propreté en chambre et en partie commune laisse à désirer. L ascenseur sent la vieille moquette, du rez de chaussée au 5eme étage, c'est long, très long avec cette odeur. Malgré les travaux annoncés, on remarque tout de même, le manque de volonté de l'équipe tant au niveau décoration qui n'a aucun sens et thème dans l'ensemble de l hôtel. Manque de goût, hôtel

GGuest UserThis hotel has more pros than cons. Staff very professional. Excellent food for breakfast so pretty pricey at 27 Euro. The rooms look very old fashioned and could do with a bit of touch up but I think that's part of the hotel's charm. I got a single room and it cost me about 98 US Dollars on trip.com's wonderful website. An excellent value for that price even an excellent value for $150 after that find someplace a little newer. Breakfast is really excellent except the eggs were undercooked and the bacon was undercooked and when I asked them to take it back to the kitchen and cook it a little more they would only cook the bacon for me. Maybe in Luxembourg people eat their eggs sweat but no way I could stomach that it would probably make me ill so I skipped the eggs. However the cheese
was top notch and the meal was worth 27 Euro if you could eat 27 euro worth of
cheese. I would even go so far as to say I would stay here again. The bathroom is a little outdated but charming and had birds and flowers on the tiles. The hotel front desk man acted as a concierge but clearly he had been there for a long time and was very well trained and had very good advice about where to eat and what to see. I like the whole staff and an added asset was the bar downstairs brings you back to many years ago. I was lucky enough to get a balcony in my room and it would be a wonderful idea if I had trouble with somebody to have wine on the balcony and watch the world go by. I will post my view from my balcony. I call this hotel room with a view. The hotel had more more pros than cons and I was happy with my decisions to stay there.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, more than ten minutes walk to the main attractions in Luxembourg. And the hotel has plenty of ground parking spaces, there is an underground parking lot, and free parking. So it is very convenient for us to drive here.
The room was very clean, the front desk staff was warm and patient, because I had a parking ticket in Brussels, I didn't understand the text above, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic to help me see and check the information. Thank you very much.

GGuest User«+» Updated modern stylish hotel. Nice location right next to the Luxembourg main train station. Reasonable rate (I paid $90 per night for my Superior Double Room). My room was big enough and designed nicely. Very big window, a lot of daylight in my room. Very comfortable bed. Super nicely designed bathroom. Big modern all-glass sided shower stall. Very high quality bathroom amenities. New strong hairdryer. Super fast Wi-Fi. «-» A little unfriendly front desk staff. I did not get a sweet attitude from anybody from the front desk. Small TV. Electric plug situation in my room could be better.
