I was very dissatisfied. I booked two rooms on February 10 because my luggage arrived one day late. I had a certificate from Charles de Gaulle Airport. I called the hotel and hoped to check in the hotel one day later. The hotel replied to Ctrip, and Ctrip said it would be called several times. After negotiation with the hotel, the hotel still refused to reschedule, and more than 1,400 yuan was taken away by the hotel without paying for any services! There is proof that we encountered force majeure. We did not ask to check out but to change it to a later day, and the hotel still had many empty rooms the next day. I don’t know why the hotel would do this. It is unreasonable for the hotel. I will never do it again. Warning when booking this hotel!
