This hotel is located in the 6th arrondissement of Lyon, very quiet. There are two rivers next to it, and the surrounding buildings are also very distinctive. It is not a very modern hotel. There are five floors in total, and there is only one small elevator. Remember to bring toothpaste and toothbrush.

Très bel hotel place Bellecour . chambres spacieuses et confortables . En plein centre de Lyon mais les chambres parfaitement isolées rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Service excellent et attentionné. Parking et service voiturier.

Cet endroit est surclassé. Un hôtel 5 étoiles n’offre pas ces services. Chambres exiguës, odeurs de canalisations, décoration vieillotte, mal entretenue et de bas qualité (ils n’ont pas compris le concept vintage). L’entrée induit à l’erreur. Photos à l’appuie de la chambre.

Boutique French charm in terms of style, decor and ambience. The good: -breakfast -location -some staff The bad: - rude incompetent staff who don’t know how use All points to pay for part of bill and checkout, can’t speak English and very simple( male night staff early morning 19th August. -rude female front desk staff during the day shift 18th August. -shower piping burst -pillows requested on making reservation months prior not supplied for two days of a 4 night stay. They were even acknowledged at check-in as being supplied! -in room telephone not working( safety hazard in case of an in room emergency) -in room dining menu unavailable -manager not making any effort to reach out to a platinum All member. An expensive excersise
