交通很方便 出門就是地鐵站 沒有吃早餐 里昂不大 一天就逛完了 老城吃飯也很方便 總的來説 里昂還是適合去一次逛逛

Conveniently located right next to the metro station. Staff that helped us check in was nice. There is a passcode to enter pass 8:30 pm. One bad thing about the hotel is there is no housekeeping to make the room and we were not make aware of that by the staff, but we were staying only for 2 nights maybe that’s why. One other thing was that sound proofing was not the best (i could hear people opening and closing doors and cars driving by) but this did not affect my stay much.

We were given an unsanitary room! Hair in the bed and hair! The bed redone in a hurry in a cork ... The pans poorly cleaned. A damaged closet that no longer opens.
So we asked to change rooms and there we were told "it will be clean because it has been checked by a manager! Asking your cleaning lady to always do it faster is the result. Finally the sofa bed should to be changed it squeaks a lot .... Impossible to turn around without waking up the whole apartment!Only positive point the location and the soundproofing (on courtyard)

This hotel could be way cleaner. 15 hours of deep cleaning at least seem necessary. Curtains are grey and have obviously not been cleaned for ages. Other people next rooms ate noisy. Both Tv are not working. That is very expensive for what it is. I will definitively not come back!

Habitación amplia y muy cómoda, El apartamento está actual y agradable, la zona de la cocina amplia y cómoda de trabajar. Habitación separada y camas confortables. El salón tenía una TV y el dormitorio otra TV. Para un día o dos es perfecto. Se podría mejorar algo el menaje. El hotel si necesita igual una reforma en las zonas comunes.

The only redeeming thing is that the sheets and towels were very clean. The rest was a great disappointment, the reality does not match the photos on the site at all. Even before our arrival the elevator was not working and was still not working when we left, we had to take luggage up and down a not very comfortable staircase. The first apartment they gave us had a bad smell, lacked thorough cleaning and had no water in the bathroom. They moved us to another one that, although it did not have a bad smell, was also lacking in thorough cleaning, it had a sofa bed that was broken, chair upholstery with stains, walls with stains, etc.... You can hear everything from the other departments . I don't recommend it at all...
