They upgraded our room to Euro suite. The staffs are super nice and the room is well-cleaned. I and my boyfriend are planning to book again when we go back in Pampanga. Hoping ma-upgrade po ulit ang room, hihi. Thank youuu!

Once you emotionally and mentally accept that you're not staying at a Hilton resort, the Queens hotel is more than adequate to fit most of your needs. Paying in cash does provide a discount, so I would recommend to take advantage of the strong dollar and pay cash. They do expect a cash payment on arrival though. A reviewer did post that towels are worn and thin. This is true. I put my towel up to the light and I could see through it. Queen's should definitely buy higher quality towels. Rooms don't have a coffee maker, only two bottles of water. I've already learned from past experience the service and food at the restaurant downstairs is very bad (at least for breakfast) so I typically walk to Phillies or Envy. The refrigerator is filled with snack bar items, but I simply tell housekeeping to remove all the items and I fill up the fridge with my own items (water, soda, beer). My room did have toiletries such as toothbrush, razor, comb etc. I did get the room with the balcony overlooking the pool so maybe all the toiletries come with a certain type of room? Staff is very friendly and will greet you with a smile and call you by name.

It is a good hotel located one road behind perimeter street. Pros 1) Walking distance to mini market, jipney station, wet market and food stalls. 2) The entertainment centre is within walking distance. 3) The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. 4) Rooms are clean. The room comes with complimentary water, kettle and simple bathroom utilities. 5) Breakfast is simple. Cons 1) The aircon was noisy. However, the housekeeping team quickly changed my room without much fuss. 2) Not many varieties for breakfast. It takes a while to be served (as they cook it fresh 3) The details of visiting guests were not recorded. Perhaps it would be good for the reception to take the details and call the room once the guests leave. 4) The hotel is located on one road behind perimeter street. Felt a bit uncomfortable when walking back late at night to the hotel. 5) Not much TV programme screened Overall, good hotel. Will stay there again.

Wild orchid resort is located close by walking street the main bar area in Angeles City the hotel is looking a little dated now the hotel has two pools which are welcome during the days heat plenty of seating and at seat service around the pool areas, hotel rooms are basic decor is dated my room was a lagoon room overlooking the lagoon pool we were on the top 5th floor with 2 lifts available to get to the pool which was quick and easy rooms on ground floor have access directly to the pool,the hotel has 2 bar areas the main one being an open area bar and restaurant which overlooking the pool area and main hotel reception area. The hotel has plenty of security on the front doors and entrance to the hotel room areas feels very safe would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone the price is good for the area you are in close proximity to the bars and restaurants of Angeles City.

Since it is a cheap accommodation, you don't need to expect much.
The location is in the middle of the road toward Creatown, about 1.4km from the jeepney terminal across from Eurotel.
The staff are friendly. It's nice to be able to rest quietly.
The room is a bit spacious. These are advantages.
The downside is that the water pressure in the shower is low and there are no places to eat nearby.
To eat, you have to take a jeepney, tricycle, or Grab. Jeepneys run very frequently in both directions. And I think it's safe. As of January 24, the jeepney fare is 13 pesos.

I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.

We were on our anniversary staycation, and for the first time in all the places we’ve stayed at (and we love to travel and stayed in cheaper places), I woke up with a cockroach bite on my eye. I wouldnt’ve posted a review but it still hurts, I can’t scratch my eye and it’s been heavy so it hurts and I can’t work right since, and I do online work, so it’s been hard :( the facilities are good. The food is expensive, not much of a selection, but I hope they clean better. I told the reception and pointed to my eye, they gave us an hour extension for checkout, which isn’t really special, or compensates for the damages their poor cleaning did :/

It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. Me and my boyfriend went to Midori to celebrate his birthday. The overall experience was good. The room was really spacious and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their food was great (even our pastry takeouts from their bakery). We got the chance to tryout their spa as well and it was very relaxing. Their ******, though small, is well-equipped. One thing we think needs improvement is their parking. Their parking is limited and It would be quite a walk to the hotel proper. Would definitely come back though, if the time permits :)

GGuest UserStaff had been very warm and responds swiftly. This is tru the moment we landed on the driveway. Check in was fast; room was clean and food was good. We love of course the bar cos it has a pool area and the cocktails are great!
Location is one of its aces too and we’ll definitely consider for our next visit. The bell boy took a long time to pick up hut the front desk followed through and apologised.

There is a supermarket, laundromat, coffee shop, and restaurant on the first floor.

She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I highly recommend her to be promoted because she’s a very hardworking, kindhearted and very driven .A big SHOUT OUT to ms. Gee . Thank you Royce hotel for making our stay feeling safe . MMariel ZaragozaThe resort is near a piggery farm but the overall experience is excellence. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived at the resort we are greeted by their front desk with a huge smile and someone assists us to our room. There is also instance that when we order food on grab and the rice is missing the staff let us buy the rice they supposed to eat on their lunch.
