An outstanding accommodation experience and will come back again Palazzo Versace Macau is located in Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau. The hotel's lobby and common areas had a warm and inviting ambiance that made for a pleasant arrival experience. The entire hotel, including the guest rooms, is exquisitely luxurious. The decor and amenities throughout are exceptionally high-end and elegant leaving guests completely awestruck. Each room is even equipped with a coffee machine.The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. I felt the size of the Premier Versace Room with 2 queen beds was big enough for the three of us (1 Elderly, 1 Adult, 1 Teenager). After checking in, we rested in the room for half an hour before have dinner. The room service had prepared fruits and desserts for us, which was very thoughtful. The room service was first-class, very considerate and friendly. The hotel staff handles guest requests with great flexibility. The buffet dinner and breakfast were enjoyed at the self-service restaurant “The Grand Buffet” in the Grand Lisboa Hotel. The food selection was extremely abundant, well-presented, and reasonably priced. There was even live seafood cooking, where you could choose your preferred cooking method - a very unique and delicious feature. It is truly the crème de la crème of buffet dining experiences. My stay at Palazzo Versace Macau was an enjoyable experience. The staff's hospitality, the comfortable accommodations, and excellent room services all contributed to a pleasant visit. The details of the room are in place, exquisite, spacious, and the mattress and fabrics are very comfortable. Spare parts are Versace's own brand. The coffee machine is Italian. The garden room has a great view. The rooms are very quiet. Our room attendant's service was considerate and warm. I specifically asked her name, Li Xiaoyan, and hoped that she would serve me next time. The variety and quality of the breakfast are excellent. The entire restaurant is painted in Versace blue, which is beautiful, and the tableware is also very exquisite (I couldn't help but go to the New Yaohan next door to buy this tableware). The hotel's free shuttle bus is very convenient to the port and the old city. The only drawback was that I had to wait until nearly 3pm for a room to be checked in.

Take the ** bus from the port to Grand Lisboa and get off to the hotel. The rooms are luxuriously decorated with Versace logos everywhere. The bedding is comfortable and hygienic, the toiletries are easy to use, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are beautifully decorated, but the gym is small. The breakfast is semi-buffet, with very few varieties, but the taste is very good. I will still choose it when I go to Macau in the future.

The hotel is newly built, the rooms are spacious, luxuriously decorated, splendid and clean. The service was courteous and diligent. After checking in, I only went out for a little while, and I had checked in once, and I was given another cookie.

It is a little far from the busiest area, so it is a good choice for those who don't go shopping in Hong Kong. The garden of Grand Lisboa is smaller than expected. The tableware of Versace breakfast is very beautiful, and the service experience is very good. I will recommend it to my friends.

Located on the side of the west lobby of Grand Lisboa, separate from Grand Lisboa Hotel, it is newly opened and decorated very new. Full of Versace elements, very design-oriented, and very nice color matching. Good reviews for service, very good details, welcome fruits and chocolates, and they will immediately help and deliver to the elevator when you bring takeaway food when you enter the door. When you come back at night, the souvenirs are placed on the table, the data cable at the head of the bed is wrapped, the cosmetics are neatly arranged, and the ice cubes in the refrigerator are full. I hope it will be maintained in the future. There is a supermarket in Grand Lisboa, where you can buy some snacks and drinks to take back to the room, which is a big advantage.

The overall experience is very good 👍 Especially the service attitude of the staff is very commendable. The water drain at the tank location of the originally arranged room was blocked, so the hotel temporarily changed our room for us, even though it was around 1:30 in the morning. Since then, the hotel has continuously proposed different plans to compensate us. All employees are very nice and willing to help guests. The quality of both afternoon tea and breakfast in their restaurant is also quite surprising. Overall, except for the problem of water removal from the tank, everything else is almost perfect.
