However, the air conditioning was really weak; even when set to the lowest temperature, it would automatically adjust itself back to 25 degrees. It seems to be fixed at that setting, which made me quite uncomfortable for a long time 🥵. The location is convenient; it's about a five to six-minute walk to the Macau Jockey Club Light Rail Station just around the corner from the hotel."

"This hotel is clean and tidy with impeccable service. I'm also grateful to the thoughtful booking platform, which sent a beautifully prepared small cake on the day of check-in. The room is lovely, overlooking the beautiful pool, and comes with its own gym. Contrary to some reviews, there was no stiff, uncooperative, or arrogant service; every staff member was warm, polite, and upheld the hotel's brand with dignity. The hotel is quite large, and whenever you looked a bit lost, a staff member would always come to guide you. When storing luggage, they even proactively helped me check out the room card. The shuttle bus was very convenient. We had two unforgettable anniversary days. The room facilities were complete and well-equipped, and housekeeping was orderly. The front desk even proactively offered some summer experience activities and services."

"We’re very happy with our stay here. We chose here specifically because it’s location and reviews. The transportation from Gongbei Port is very convenient, and there are many other bus stations within walking distance from the hotel. The receptionist are very friendly and knowledgeable, which made us very happy. The hotel is covered with gold colored furnitures, but not cheap at all. The television here is awesome too, both the video quality and the variety of channels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and we can’t wait to stay here once again! Thank you Mu Goi"
